Every freaking time i watch this drama i can't help but realise tht every single person is freaking selfish except…
Others are selfish , But ,why FL is not selfish ? She made ML to marry her for her personal gains. Even though the ex is a jerk, she is assisting him by lying to the wife of ex . She shows no love/compassion to ML (Apart from some words to not wanting him to show his face, not wanting him to marry her legally). Actions speaks more than words. Even when he told her that he like her. When a situation involves ex, she is thinking what i can do make ex believe , she is not thinking , me entangling with ex would not be liked by ML, i should do actions which will not hurt ML.
I truly liked this drama. I did find our female lead unnecessarily prickly and lacking of the same devotion that…
For me , this was the most negative flag and it made me not like the show. I found her not even treat him like a friendly stranger . And towards end of the drama, thought she would slowly show compassion/love to him , which has not happened yet.
Why the heck is the ex so happy? Why is this drama realistic in that sense bruh!? Like come on you mean to tell…
Wouldn't call it realistic. The way the ex is shown is frustrating, and sugercoating it as realistic might not be right, my personal opinion. There are tons of films/series showing evil characters winning, but in those they are not glorified. Here, again the writer could have given everything to ex, but could have reduced his screentime and not make all decisions of FL to counteract the ex.
I am think about drama "What's wrong with Secretary Kim" towards the later episodes of the drama. Not because it has many things in common. Its just that I saw so many haters for that drama , and when I saw it , I liked it and found it average. Mainly, there was a reason for the actions by the ML, and when I discovered that the initial episodes where ML acts cocky, I could justify a little bit. Coming to this one, I wanted to know something like that , as I dont get why the FL treats ML like an enemy or stranger , is more friendlier to her ex , and ML liking the FL even when she shows no compassion (Not taking about her past , as that doesn't matter) .Anyone else?
To be fair this is just a trope in the latest dramas. For a long period it was (and it is, especially still in…
Seeing the top reviews of 9.5 and 10, it just seems that , this is what viewers need. A progressive show with areas never touched by any kdrama, making ML innocent virgin guy , is so contradicting with what it wants it want to convey. But, to please the crowd, with no impact on the story , made the ML like this, a safe zone of recent kdrama template. This makes me who wants to see it for its comedy moments, more frustrated and hard to finish it.
Lol, I’m single too and I’ve been enjoying this show sooo much! They actually explain later what the FL wanted…
yep, can agree to most part of it . The issue with the kiss is still that the ex is part of the reason of it . This entanglement with exe , I feel annoying . What do you think about the scenes with the ex and FL or ML , is it for story to progress or for comedy or for both ? ML may or may not be innocent virgin, but the very limited to zero screen time of him with opposite gender , shows he might actually be. The ML accepting the FL for who she is, even though she is far from perfect, can be realistic. If we are properly shown why he likes her or something like a inner monologue of his feelings. Now, being it a comedy oriented drama, the writer might have decided not to add melodrama into it. But, as a viewer, then I assume ML loves FL very much and then , I see FL not showing any love to ML , and not even show gratitude towards him. Him being younger which might bring insecurity for him to express his feelings, for me shows lack of proper chemistry between them. Something in the rain with a bigger age gap and much more issues, is one instance , where age didn't matter to the ML at all , even from the start. The show is very progressive , and seeing some clips related to it is why I came to it. It as realistic for a women in a male driven society to give importance to career than her feelings which she might not be even sure of. But, doing things just to convince her ex or not to be discovered by other or even telling lies to the wife of ex , wouldn't be straight forward thinking. She could easily prove the ex cheated with just a photo taken when he was two timing or a recording or any other way. The first episode , where FL , crashes the ex's wedding, is what i wanted to see from a progressive FL. But , FL was made a shy/cowardly person that time and whenever she is with ML , she becomes so straight forward. Still it is a personal preference

Yep, even though many hated Tempted, I like it and found it average. And like this one, if the ML is shown sharing his past exes , entangled with ex etc , I would have hated that as well . If the story demands, whatever extreme can be shown and not based on what viewers want to see or what is commonly happening in other dramas.
I don't think it's bc you are single haha I am also single and I love the show! I think sometimes it's just a…
Yep, it maybe just one's preference. Just that this one is commented as the best romcom drama (except some hate comments) and its not clicking for me at all (almost all dramas , I could finish without pausing in between), so just wanted to share that.
Despite what everyone says, I like all the characters as they are with all their flaws. It just seems more human…
All characters are flawed and with their past, it is justified on what they have become. But, would have liked some good characters like the ex guy's wife. Also, even though they are flawed , they trying to becoming a better person because of their situation or people around them would have been better than forced situations (writer making ceo to volunterr, FL using ML for her gains (here, again FL shows compassion with not wanting ML to be seen as her husband, but those are just words, as the way she treats him especially with her ex around doesn't seem like it.)

Haven't seen other . But , with TEMPTED. they are just after college and ML shown as playboy is consistent with the story . I am not a fan of the drama , but it wanted to show a playboy of an ML falling for a virgin , innocent FL , which is shown in many Hollywood films as well. Here, the FL being liberal , which I am saw a clip and started to see the show, is given so many screentime her mentioning her exes and sex life ,which also is fine for me and made the ML the perfect innocent , virgin guy. Its like showing an extreme which adds to frustration. I don't get what is the impact of showing ML as a normal person , why he can't have his own life before being with the FL. It would have shown a healthy relationship. I am not seeing ML being virgin is making the FL to act differently and add more chemistry, character development.
With the praise , this show is getting for the romance/comedy , I think me being single , don't get actual emotions as it is intended by writer/director. For, me I have finished all shows I have started. Some popular old dramas, even though being bad, I could accept it and finish it. But, this one, I am finding it so hard to watch . I can finish it by doing something else parallelly while watching or skip forward , but I don't do it. When I get momentum, watching it for some time, something happens in the show , I am made to stop it. For instance, when she kissed him in ep 7 ending , I though , fine its going well . Then, in ep 8 , its shown again just to prove it to her ex , she kissed him. And to make matters worse , its made it like it is his first kiss. I have seen many hate comments criticizing the age of FL and modern kdramas with virgin MLs. I had no big issues with it. But, showing the FL being so progressive , what is the intention making the ML like this. Just give him 2 minutes with his ex or other girls. By making the relation so extreme, I don't get what the writer want to portray. What are your genuine thoughts on the show?
