I was surprised that the writers took that route with Nina as I thought it was enough that Elise pinned it on the other guy. I hope Nina does get to come back as she acts as an intermediary between Jiang and KeSong but I was a disappointed in Ke Song at letting him off the hook so quickly with a knife as a present!
At ep 18 I thought Jiang would've grown up a bit from having tantrums but just checked and it's 40 eps so I guess he's got a few more eps of being a clueless psycho... I'm kinda not feeling sorry for him at all that he lost his sense of taste since he fired Nina on no solid basis. Really digging SZE though, her acting is on point.
One thing I can't stand... someone who's an enabler. It's almost just as bad as the actual deed.
The relationship between the FL and her husband or ex or whatever is quite toxic. How can she be so strong in dealing with everything else and then becomes a real loser when dealing with him? He lands in gaol for fighting, she bails him out and even pays the compensation, he comes home drunk and she just rolls him over and tells him to go sleep it off, he asks her to borrow money so he can gamble and she's not even aghast or tell him to fuck off! All Just cos he's the dad?! Writers really need to start giving women some credit!
