Whilst I watched the whole thing, I did ff a lot. I'm not convinced of Allen Ren's acting so Bai Lu carried this for me, her attempts at skinship seemed forced to me. To me, they didn't really have that great a chemistry. And I don't particularly find him attractive.
I liked the storyline but 30 eps was too long for what happened. My fav was the discovery of Ci Sha (Mei Xing). I think he would've made a better ZSC and would've had a better chemistry with Bai Lu. I was thankful Zhou Wenxing died as that romance arc with Mei Xing grossed me out a bit as they were practically siblings and she seemed like a high sch student still. I would've loved to have seen more of Mei Xing's unrequited love and more screentime for him. Overall I give it 6/10.
Just curious... is there a cultural significance to her discarding her accessories on the way to committing suicide? I saw the guard's expression when he saw her scarf on the way up and he understood what she was going to do...
Ohhh interesting observation! I liked Tom Cruise movies back in the days. Any specific expression or behavior…
I've pretty much watched every Tom Cruise movie so it's in his microexpressions... it's hard to explain and it's interesting as I didn't get that vibe from him in Loveo2o so it shows he's got range I suppose :) there's one specific bit where he reacts incredulously at something and it's a typical Tom Cruise reaction, can't pinpoint it though, wouls have to rewatch the whole thing.
It's taken me a while to get around to this one. I added and removed it from my watch list a few times in the…
I'm the same too... at ep4 and the big turn off for me is the FL... her acting needs to improve, it's too "obvious" or she overacts... hopefully she improves. I was a fan of hers on Skate into Love but she seems to act the same in all dramas, except this one.
I am also at ep. 7 and while I want to finish this season, I'm just not as motivated as I was for the first season.…
I died laughing when one of twins put both tubes up someone's nose lol annddd the other one walked straight put of the OT with the Richardson retractor lol a bit of a comedic relief which was def needed tho I thought they've been interns for a year, right?! Why are they dumber than when they first started?
I'm at ep 7 and I honestly feel bored. I totally loved S1 but this season feels lifeless. It's as if the characters have gone backwards. Chu Chu acts like a rookie, I'm sure she was a lot more confident in S1. The couple Winter Garden I have no interest in whatsoever, the guy feels like he's trying too hard to be all lovey dovey and the girl just feels like she's a shell. The whole season so far feels like it has mo substance, no depth.
Got a bit tiring with something going wrong every episode... clothes designing doesn't interest me tho so maybe that's why. I don't find the ML attractive either so had a hard time trying to watch him. Yes, I'm one of those who needs to watch good looking people 🤷♀️ I also found the FL's attitude too nice which frustrated me. It made me almost feel like every obstacle / difficulty she came across was well deserved as she just practically asks for it.
I had high expectations - kinda realistic setting, a little bit unconventional characters with subtle and deep…
I get ya, I'm finding the FL really pathetic and dumb, up to ep 18 where she goes into shock when the boy died, like an ER would really let a dr wallow in her grief whilst there is a crisis... then she has the nerve to actually eat brekkie and then straightens herself out after the chaos!
I’m a big fan of Hu Yi Tian but 很抱歉。。。 drop it… i guess it’s just nor my cup of tea after watching…
I don't think it's to the extent of being obsessive. We gotta remember these are high sch students going thru with hormones and no advice so they're flying it alone and trying to work out these feelings and emotions on their own. If she was obsessively stalking then she wouldn't have been able to think of anything else and have made it to university. Even more so, high sch guys being indecisive comes with the territory of being teens and in their youth I think. Fair enough tho that it's not everybody's cuppa tea.
