I’m always so entertained when the crown prince comes on screen. I hope we get some more depth from him but…
He's in the main cast. Maybe he doesn't have a complicated past, but surely he'll contribute to the story in the future. He's described as someone who wants to be a benevolent king.
If their love is messy, poorly done, underdeveloped, or forced, then 98% of drama love stories would be unbearable…
The writers and the director are making pretty obvious the difference between infatuation and love, and I love them for that. Everytime UkieDeokie contemplate about their feelings, there's a flashback reminding their journey till that point. It's beautiful!!
Just bc the leads are clearly into each other doesn't mean other people can't fall for them? It's common to have…
Yul could have snitched on them to Park Jin, but he didn't. He also healed Mudeok. I'm sure Heo Yeom's granddaughter will be useful and provides medical assistance when they need. The whole duel thing against the CP helped Uk develop his powers. Even Choyeon bring UkieDeokie closer with that Longing Mirror incident.
I disagree. It's very common to fall for someone if you spend lots of time together and been through a lot together.…
Jang Uk received a lot of love growing up, he's actually very sweet towards the people he loves (see how he's considerate of Kim dojoo). Embracing Mudeok for being the only person willing to help him achieve what he always wanted is not out of character or forced. Naksu didn't receive much love growing up and that's why she's such a tsundere. But we can see she likes the hugs.
I'll have to disagree with you on this one. It's definitely not forced. Both Jang Uk and Mu Deok are misfits and…
I believe most of AoS watchers can see how beautiful UkieDeokie relationship is. Their bond is stronger than they even realize, and they're so cute for that.
I really enjoyed Episode 9. We've already had a lot of action in previous episodes, so it was nice to see the…
I'm with you!! I love the romance in AoS! All the side characters are really sweet towards the leads (well, Choyeon made poor choices but the girl isn't total evil). I do love scenes that show Mudeok feeling sad/hurt by the possibility of Jang Uk leaving her, it shows he's important to her even though she's not aware of the nature of her feelings.
Imma watch episode 9 again o/
But in AoS the love interests are quite useful to the story.
