I find so stupid to see people commenting that K character is “annoying”,”despicable”.The funny thing…
* A slight Correction here , Not all serial killers are psychopath. Other than that I agree with what you have said, I think people are getting far too comfortable with killers as if its some kind of day job! And they will be back to normal when they come home lol! They are serial killers they don't share same moral / ethical views as normal people.
I know this may be a heavy subject on a site like this, so I make it short, but when I read the comments, I understand…
I haven't watched this drama and thus have no idea what this is about. BUT , I really liked your last para, your thinking here is very sort out and it shows a glimpse of keen observance and understanding of nature. So here is a like from me.
Well, not for me! I started to see K dramas because of Heirs or Goblin, but then after see many they seem to me…
If you feel that rom dramas are getting boring then may be try another genre. I haven't watched Heirs and didn't like Goblin so I don't know if I can even recommend you sth. But these are the few that I like : In K drama - My Mister , Bcos this is My first Life , Mr Queen , Kill It , Flower of Evil , Stranger , Law School.
In C drama - Nirvana in fire , Ming Lan , Forever Love , Joy of Life.
I wonder if it's really good or they put a lot of money into "natural" adsvertising, becuae I am watching their…
There are many reasons for it :- 1) Relaxing of censorship in Asia - Remember SK was a dictatorship just a few decades ago, a lot of countries in South east and south asia has become more educated , mature and developed and has relaxed censorship.
2) Internet boom - bcos of availability of internet in most part of the world and online streaming sites , people can experiment with a lot of content , also it has become extremely hard for govt to censor it.
And , Lastly I want to say this - 1)In past you didn't see a lot of violent content bcos it was not allowed to be shown by govt and most people went with the family in theatres so a natural censorship was there, not bcos they were more noble or more peaceful bcos in just last century - Japanese killed and tortured thousands of Koreans and Chinese , Brits killed and starved millions of Indians , Germans killed millions of Jews , Millions of Europeans killed each other , Americans nuked millions of Japanese , and Bombed Viets etc and these are just the Highlights. So the surge of violent content is not bcos there is increase in violence tendencies in modern world. 2) Secondly, if the point is that at least they didn't glamorize the violence - then it may be wrong too bcos Ted bundy , Jef Dahmer , Charles Shobraj were and are no less than any celebrity , the amount of books and materials on them are astonishing. So , sucker for violent content were already there , its just that in past they didn't have any options to watch.
IT COULDVE BEEN SO GOOD!but no. I hate hate hate when people get their emotions involved in kdramas. This would’ve…
I don't blame writers , I have actually read some of the original scripts of dramas in past , and found out that writers had a great script. But problem is the production team. it always interferes in the creative process and it is especially bad in Asia. Although , its still a great improvement from the past, in past they would have spend a lot of episodes just on the romantic angle.
I love romance but there should be an appropriate atmosphere for it too. Not just bcos the leads are of opposite gender so they have to start banging! In this drama they never actually created any sort of atmosphere , it just came out of blue lol! There was no need for a romance in a pure revenge drama.
Ok quick question.....In ep 7, Je Yi managed to get into floor 2.5 and didn't know what to expect. But she found…
She did this out of immaturity , curiosity and ego. When she figured out the secret behind entering the restricted floor , She must be feeling very proud of herself and would have thought that she only needs to steal the card, use her dress as nurse to enter. But once she entered and saw Chung Pyung , she had to make a decision - Either to get out and call back up Or do it herself. Both decision had its risk - if she had waited for back up , it would take time and mean while the nurse who she KO might wake up and inform the members / superiors and she might lose this chance. So she tried to do it herself bcos even if she gets caught she had already informed Ji hyeuk about her plan , so he would rescue her later. Remember - this is similar to what Ji hyeuk did when he let himself get caught by drug gangs at docks. So basically she got confident in risk taking by being with him.
Almost all the Asian countries are the same. Maybe ''culture'' is the reason
Shahrukh khan is called Tom cruise of India, so obviously he is very famous, you can watch his interview with David Letterman for more. He became star in 90's from romantic movies , but he got type casted later on , personally I like him more in grey shade roles like in Darr , Bazigar ,Chak De India , Don 2 , Raees , Fan etc.
In early 2000's , Shahrukh- Hrithik was same as todays' Hrithik - Tiger are. You can watch them in 'Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gam' . Hrithik is better in terms of dance and action , but SRK is better in acting esp in emotional scenes although Hrithik has improved a lot. SRK also has great wit he is actually one of the most intelligent stars in India , you can watch his numerous interviews and see it.
Almost all the Asian countries are the same. Maybe ''culture'' is the reason
Tiger Shroff is basically following the footsteps of Hrithik Roshan and is widely considered as the one who has the capacity to replace Hrithik in future, you can see both of them in movie - WAR (2019). Tiger has almost everything that Hrithik has except his great acting skills. You can watch 'Jodha Akbar' just for his acting and demeanor. Vidhut Jammwal is another famous action star to watch , he is the one who actually started true action genre in India , he and Tiger are biggest competitor right now. Vidhut is famous for his 'Commando ' series , the only downside is he can't dance!

Yes , music & dancing is almost common in all movies. It is very rare to find any mainstream movie without it. As far as I can remember 'A Wednesday ' & 'Madras cafe ' are the only old ones that doesn't have it. There are various reasons for it- 1. In initial days of cinema the Indians went to cinema like they are going to some festival hence music & dancing, 2. Also bcos of very strict censorship in initial days , First by Brits - so if anyone wanted to say anything patriotic / anti govt they had to insert a song or folk music in between and say the message via song or poem , that would go over the head of english censors. And Then By Indian govt - where any Skinship was taboo. So whenever there would be any romantic scene , actors will reveal there feeling by songs whose lyrics were sometimes double meaning which only adults would get but can never be proven and hence get away from censor board. 3. During late 80's and 90's this became more extravagant bcos Indians living abroad started becoming successful and they started missing the festivals back home , thus Indian makers caught their desire and make it almost integral part of movies , that is where Indian wedding songs era started. 4. In modern days , music/ dancing plays two major role - a) It helps in movie promotion, generally with every movie trailer there is also a music trailer launched. b) It helps in movie finance, remember In India historically there is no independent music band culture , all the singers , writers are generally under contract of movie studios to give music for their movies. Hence movie producers also earns from music sales , and it is too lucrative for them to risk it! Although it is changing in last decade but it is still restricted mainly to Punjabi bands.

There are different types of reactions. 1. If the Celebrity is young and dating , he or she will suffer from the parents of their fans rather than the fans themselves! Bcos parents would want their kids to focus on studies rather than on relationships at that age , and as celebrities they would be setting a wrong example.
2.1 For Celebrities who are adult , Hate generally come if fans don't like their partner, it generally happens when fans are shipping for some pair and everyone is expecting them to be together but suddenly news come that their Celebrity is dating sby else or is being engaged to sby else. In that situation many fans couldn't swallow it and criticize the new partner.
2.2 Some Celebrities are already in a serious relationship before entering the industry , and most celebs hide it initially but when they disclose it later on, although many fans feel sad and disappointed but at the same time they also feel respect towards their celeb for being loyal to their partner all these years who was with them before he/ she became famous.
Almost all the Asian countries are the same. Maybe ''culture'' is the reason
Don't lump all Asians into this ! In India we don't have this , almost all the lead celebrities' dating partners are widely known to every one , although some decide to declare it publicly others don't but it's never a secret. I think a reason might me that in SK celebrities debut at a very young age, so it is easier for fans of that age to get attached or obsessed over them.
don't watch if you r up to thriller/mystery or crime or action . as far as acting its not that good. the entire…
Thanks for warning, I never like comedy in thriller / crime. I don't know why anyone wants to throw comedy in a serious work? I think there too many kids here, at least leave the crime genre out of comedy!
I just can’t get over the fact that Seo Yeon doesn’t even consider that ignoring a murderer who knows where…
For me the moment she asks the Psycho about Sung ho's death I knew she fked big time! I think the writers purposely wrote a dumb FL character so that they could get the desired ending! There was no reason for her to ask psycho about her killing spree , the moment she saw the file of psycho as the prime suspect she should have mentally prepared herself and started planning for worst case scenario. If I were in her place I would have first asked the psycho to leave town , sell the house and change her name and identity that way ensuring that FL's parents would never come into her contact again. And then lured the psycho into some infamous organ trafficking ring or serial killer hunting ground at that time. Should have just found out a serial killer who used to kill women at that time and then tell the psycho to live there and find the killer and seduce him ,lying that he would become a rich guy in future and then game over!
