yes she did. Because even though she was Houchi at the time, she was also part of ShangGu, therefore, the place ShangGu used to live in, could sense her in HouChi, so the powers were unintentionally absorbed by HouChi. MuGuang was there and have witnessed it himself.

BaiJue's whole plan from creating Bo Xuan and QingMu was so he could become the God of Chaos, so he can be the one to sacrifice instead of ShangGu. QingMu has Yao power, and he didnt know. Boxuan/BaiJue is obviously Xian power. So when Yao and Xian powers are combined during that transformation scene. He was powerful enough to do the scarificing when the time of chaos comes again. He also needed Mo Power (demon powers), so marrying WuHuan's daughter probably have something to do with it, since WuHuan has absorbed Mo powers now. Unlike ShangGu who was born with all three realm powers. BaiJue had to gain all three.

I won't say last second, WuHuan's power and position will all be taken away by ShangGu, she will be punished badly, and i mean it. Her hair turned white, and she will receive all the consequences. The only person that can beat WuHuan is ShangGu, but our ShangGu is a pure God, she doesn't kill or can't because WuHuan was once her chosen low status Pheonix. And we don't want to know or watch too much about WuHuan, just know that there is no more evil-doing for her, and we need more episodes on BaiJue and ShangGu.

ShangGu was born as the God of Chaos, the leader of the Gods (Baijue, TianQi, ZhiYang), and all the three realms. But there is also the greatest God AKA 祖神, who is like the creator of everything. As the God of Chaos 'ShangGu', Sadly, her reason to be alive is to sacrifice when the chaos starts, that will destroy the three realms, and with her power, she can stop it by then dies. Now if you're asking about when she got her powers back, it was during BaiJue's wedding. In the heaven realm, because GuJun in the early life, during ShangGu's process of sacrificing, got some power of the 混沌之力 AKA God of Chaos power. And GunJun in the next episodes, will give out the power and his own to HouChi, so she will become ShangGu. So GuJun dies.

I dont know what you mean by God realm, but in the beginning, there is only 3 realms/kingdoms. 仙族，妖族，魔族 AKA Heaven realm (The Top, where the three gods used to live in), Devil realm, and Demon realm. Heaven realm is considered the top/or higher in the three realms. ShangGu was raised in the heaven realm, by our three Gods. She was born with her status and power.

WuHuan never died unfortunately, but was fully punished when ShangGu returned. You will find out about everything with episodes 45-49 where WuHuan's evil will be exposed.

oh I'm sorry about that. It can get quite confusing. The baby's name basically was changed by three different people, HouChi, Tianqi, and ShangGu, which is now YuanQi. (Qi was kept because Tian'Qi' took care of the baby the longest).

Just answering a question someone asked me about, whether JingJian and FengRan get their happy ending. I would like to update on that. Yes, they do.
People wondering about Feng Ran's Identity and JingJian's death will be answered here :)

FengRan in the beginning never knew about her real identity: The Fire Pheonix, which was the title of the leader of the pheonix tribe. Our Wuhuan here, wanted the spot and become the "fake leader", so when FengRan was a baby, she was taken and abandoned in the forest, 'Yuan Ling Zhao Ze'. The old man that lived there took care of her. And Wuhuan hid FenRan's identity in the forest that JingJian soon discovers when he and FenRan were there. WuHuan didn't realise that JingJian had feelings for FengRan, which was like an obstacle blocking WuHuan from achieving to be the most powerful pheonix, when she was and is just a Za Mao Feng Huang (can't compare at all with our almighty FengRan). Now, When WuHuan found out that JingJian knew about FengRan's identity, she was afraid her spot as the leader of the Pheonix Tribe is overthrown by FengRan, she multiple times try to end FengRan's life, and capture her and taken to the heaven palace, lies saying infront of everyone that she secretly have been in contact with the 妖族 (TianQi's tribe and people), and pressured her to create a war with Yao Tribe, and during the war, WuHuan will secretly attack her. Ending with JingJian wanting to save FengRan, used a protective shield on her and sacrificed and died. (WuHuan basically killed her own son). Now, that was supposed to be their ending, BUT JingJian is the son of MuGuang, and had a high status, so he wasn't spiritually dead. Thanks to ShangGu, she used her powers and during WuHuan's punishment, took her inner spirit and returned it all to JingJian, and brought him back to life. FengRan soon rebirthed/transformed into the Fire Pheonix, and MuGuang, gave his spot to FengRan to take care of the Heavens, and took the punishment for/with WuHuan, because he was the husband of WuHuan and still deeply loved her even after everything she has done to cause all this chaos.

So JingJian and FengRan became the new leaders of Heavens AKA King and Queen. And there was peace again amongst the three realms.

Yes so basically the first name was named by HouChi, after she gave birth to Yuan Qi, (i cant quite remember the names) but because QingMu was gone, she couldn't give the baby's surname as Qing, and name it something else. And the second name change, was when HouChi left the world and gave the baby to TianQi to look after, because he kinda became the career just like when ShangGu grew up, from when HouChi was punished, TianQi stayed with her even when she had QingMu's child, and took care of her and the baby, so TianQi renamed the baby again. (Thats why YuanQi had the 'Qi' in the name similar to TianQi. And the third name was when ShangGu was back and changed the name to YuanQi.

If HouChi dies, so does ShangGu. BoXuan and GuJun made a plan in the beginning before Houchi was born to save ShangGu. Hopefully you still remember the scene where Houchi and Gu Jun had the conversation and ended up heartbroken, because she found out that everything GunJun and BoXuan did was to protect ShangGu, and bring her back. Furthermore, GuJun brought the egg to WuHuan's wedding just so when HouChi was born, she could have the title, the respect, because one day ShangGu will take over Houchi. But all this said, it doesn't mean no one cares for Houchi, GunJun took care of her like his own daughter, but he is willing to have ShangGu back because he was once chosen by ShangGu, and had full respect for her. He and BoXuan will do anything to have her back.

I fully understand your opinion with all the Houchi-ShangGu and QingMu-BaiJue discussions so far. But i am not trying to argue or debate. I am only here giving out answers and summaries to people's questions of this drama, (I have not read the novel. I only have the drama storyline itself). You can interpret it however you like if that makes it seem right to you.

Goodness. i will respect your opinion. But XuKai is an amazing actor who's always improving his acting skills. From the looks to his voice, his the perfect male lead in this drama. I wouldn't even have started this drama if XuKia wasn' the male lead lol.

Im not sure. I never read the novel. I only know the storyline to the drama.

Alot of the dramas like to end with a cliffhanger for the audience to guess how the rest of the story will be like. SO hopefully we get like at least half of the last episode of BaiJue and ShangGu finally together.

Alot of people have been asking me whether its going to be a happy ending or sad. I will confirm, it is going to be a Happy Ending :))

It was going to be a sad one, but lemme tell yall, the character we should all thank is YueMi, the statue, and Tianqi, for visiting her. If Tianqi didn't see YueMi's tear drop, he wouldn't have known that BaiJue and ShangGu were destined to be together, and therefore he wouldn't have told ShangGu everything BaiJue did for her. And THEREFORE, Shanggu wouldn't have visited the Leader of the Gods, (that big stone that Tianqi got zapped by lighting for attacking it lol, cus he was mad ) and plead the Leader of the Gods to have BaiJue come back to life. Like, The God of all the Gods can't break rules too, but for hundreds and thousands of years, the God was watching them and sees ShangGu and BaiJue's love for eachother and their destined fate, and was touched, so the God gave them their deserved happily ever after. Apparently it was also a test. To test ShangGu and Baijue, everything that happened from Shanggu sacrificing was a test.
