So true. There have been so many times in the drama that I would have liked to whack his head with a hammer to make him see sense LOL but ofc it's part of their age-old drama tradition be it modern or historical. Wish they'd find other means to make the plot move other than teeth-gnashing misunderstandings. Still, I'm loving TLI over-all. Eventually, FL as the phoenix queen will be vindicated and I can't wait to see that peacock and fox evil queen and the lady who took care of YQ to get their dues. Hoping, too that the fox and eagle pairing continue to grow. I love their chemistry next to the main leads.

Somebody posted in twitter beyond 21st but I couldn't find the post. I don't really watch out for the schedule. I just log in to WeTV daily to see what new eps have been release for TLI.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do seeing how popular the drama is. 10cent will surely take this chance to milk us for more cash LOL and I wouldn't mind paying extra to watch the entire drama in one go. I just can't bear the suspense.

Never been a xianxia fan but FL is Zhao Lusi which is why I'm watching. It's actually a great drama in that the cast really acted well. The 1st and 2nd leads have great chemistry. CGI is good, not that I'm an authority but considering it's a xianxia you have to suspend some beliefs on the natural world. I love the pacing and the storyline definitely have a direction. I'm excited to watch the remaining episodes. Congratulations TLI cast for a job well done. Don't care about the haters and trolls out there.

Rumors only but I think not. Lusi is done with playing campus drama. From her recent interviews, she's ready to move on to more challenging roles. Still, I'll keep wishing for season 2 or another drama, maybe office, where she gets to pair again with Chen Zheyuan. Their chemistry just flows so naturally one would think there's something going on between them off-screen.

No worries. ZL often get scolded every time she is cast with a popular ML like in WRTW and even LLTG. Cnetz and other toxic fandoms/haters dissed her and said she wasn't suitable as FL. But look at her performance in both drama. She totally slayed it! I trust in Lusi's choices. I will always support her drama no matter the genre. Btw, I prefer watching rom coms to relax but for Lusi I will watch xianxia, wuxia, Republican whatever as long as she's the FL.

I feel sorry for ZL. She has been bullied online many times even when she wasn't this popular yet. Whatever the news say about her, I will not judge and hate blindly. People who know her personally have only good things to say about her. I see her vids when she's around her fans as a really nice girl and caring. If it's all an act then it's none of my business. People in the entertainment industry do not have the privilege to show their true selves to the public. As an actress, I admire her for her dedication to her craft. She doesn't accept roles just so she can be popular and earn a lot of money. From what I see, she has chosen her roles really well. If she wanted to, she could accept scripts left and right even though they're the same genre and similar plots. I would have loved to see her on-screen always. But she seems to have a vision of where she wants to be in her career. She's careful and meticulous when she chooses her roles. Even though her dramas are always fraught with negativity from cnetz, I will always support her. She has proven her mettle as far as I'm concerned. She's one heck of an artist and I truly admire her for that. I truly miss seeing her dramas. I am not a xianxia fan but if it's Lusi playing the FL, I'd watch it.

I thought about that also because so many artists have already shown support. But then other previous male leads like LYN, YY, WL, WA, etc haven't made their support public also. We'll never know the reason.

This drama has set the bar high that after watching it I find myself at a loss on what other drama to watch. For a short drama (25 eps) it's surprising that it has this much traffic in the forum. Just love the chemistry between ZL and CZY. I wish they made the drama longer, maybe 2 or 3 more episodes. SZ university life wasn't shown much and I would have loved to see CZY getting mad and worried when SZ went to a birthday party while telling him that she was already in the dormitory.

It's true. ZLS contacted brands and designers for HL. CZY said in their press conference that they encountered a problem during filming. They only had enough costumes for 2 days but Lusi found a way to resolve this. So her clothes in the drama are her choice brands/designers and so are CZY.

The pacing of the drama is quite fast so i'm sure it will be resolved soon. At least, the pressure at SZ work sort of forces her to lean more on DJX. And it's really cute to see DJX being protective of SZ.

JY friend will eventually learn that DJX was never JY's bf. She was led to believe by JY that DJX was her bf.
