LY is a sweet puppy. CSS's mother is right. Their relationship is not the deep love of a husband to his wife. CSS doesn't understand at all. I'm glad that the mom is trying to do the right thing regardless of her daughter's feelings. While thecway she treats CSS is not to my liking, I do agree with her at this point.

This time i agree with the mother. CSS is motivated by insecurities which is why she grabs the first person who showed her their sincerity. She doesn't know that LY, the manchild is not suited to her personality and temperament. In this her mother is right. I feel for LBY. Ouch!

Loved it. Completely different from your usual Cdrama! I'm glad someone thought of producing this type of drama. The FL did a great job. LHY is his usual and aloof, handsome self.

True, Lusi's chemistry with LJ was sizzling, too. It was like a slow burn. I'm thinking she's a great chemistry student 😆 🤣 😂 All her drama with her male counterparts have good chemistry in varying degrees. Yang Yang is the best so far. I bet she'd have an equally great chemistry with WY.

Before the epi where Han Pu died, someone already commented thr they'll burn the studio if something bad happens to him. And then the next epi he died and many cried so much incliding me.....

Lol.... it seemed irrelevant and funny to have this ending. I'd rather the ending to be just a scene where there are little Feng Xi's to feed. But then again, some ppl said that it represents some deep devotion.

Same thoughts as you. Although the main couple doesn't have a lot of skinship, their love was there. Their relationship was such that they don't need to explain to each other their plans and choices. They know and understand each other so well that they can predict what the other plans to do. YY and ZL did an awesome job portraying their character. For me, in spite of the majority of the first half of the drama's focus on Lanxi's palace/politics, there never was a boring episode for me. In fact I'm planning to re watch it in my next vacation!

My sentiments are exactly the same as yours but because of the main leads great relationship and their wonderful chemistry i decided to forgive the scriptwriters who wrote off Han Pu just to give us a good cry. It would been better if Han Pu survived. There were enough tragedies in BFX-HFX's life they needn't have to add to that the lose of Pu who is like their son.

I guess we'll keep wondering what happened to them. It's part of the plot holes 😆 that we'll just have to ignore. I expected them to help in the fighting since they're like BFX family. I guess the scriptwriters forgot about them in the end lol 😆 😅
