Are people really angry at the writer for the character arc of Soo Jin?Are you people kidding me!There's nothing…
um yes? lol people can have the right to be upset if they wan't.there was really no good reason for Soojin to end up like that. she started off beautifully and the writer should have just made it that way. it makes more sense for her to get upset but still being a good friend, rather than having a random, outta the nowhere, u - turn.
when theres a character u loved and was really rooting for, its natural to be upset over a sudden drift in change.
though i do have to say it adds the spice to the drama, like u want to know what happens next. which is probably the reason they made her like that.
I just want to say that Seojun is a very humble, smart, and understanding guy. He started off with problems in the show but the way he grew to become a better self is very attractive and heartwarming.
He put his ignorance/stubborness aside to actually start understanding and regaining his friendship with Suho, he put his love aside to let Jugyeong love whoever she loves, he understands SHxJG bond so much that he started respecting their relationship. He treats everyone equally despite the way they look.
And most importantly he's becoming more self aware. He is grateful for everything he has, he does not demean his worth, his mental health, because of a girl. And i love that.
yup. Unlike Seojun who has so much love and concern from his mom and sis, SuHo has been a lonely soul at a very…
I think Suho was not as lonely when he was bestfriends with Seojun and Se Yeon. The two boys were basically his actual family but after he lost them, thats when he started gaining serious trauma, i mean i can't imagine the serious emotional/mental damage that someone could be going through, not only losing your parents, but the ones who felt most loved with, Seojun and Se yeon.
And then Jugyeong came into the play, and now he connects with her deeply.
For Seojun, yeah he first started acting close to Jugyeong to piss off Suho but that only lasted a little. He eventually started liking her genuinely and wanted the best for her, though she did not return that back, which is definitely unrequited love.
So i feel like since he and Suho are now rekindled (obviously still healing) and that he respects Jugyeongs choice of who she wants to love, i think we can come to a conclusion that he WILL move on and focus on himself.
I would love to see him meeting some other women, maybe someone who can connect with him, and then they fall in love and FDGHFF imagine the two couples going on double dates, okay i'm imagining to much but that seriously would be so darn cute ^_^
I like Suho's and Jugyeons relationship. I like that they have ups and downs, i like how they love eachother because they connect with eachother deeply, its beautiful.
Similarly, i want Seojun to be happy as well. I know he is also a complex character who has an unrequited love, but for the sake of the bromance, its better he moves on. He's been standing strong. He has support from other people and he will be able to move on and find someone who will love him equally as back.
It's so sad. Few weeks ago Soojin was everyones girl crush, the praise after the praise. Now, look what happened. I'll never forgive the writer for doing that.
Am I the only one who keeps thinking throughout the drama: where in the world Joo Gyung gets the money for her…
a lot of stuff in this drama don't make sense, Seojun in the webtoon would dress up so fashionably, looking like a kpop idol but somehow he was able to afford it even though he was struggling financially to provide for his family, lmao.
yeah but she was the villain in the webtoon to so im not shocked but im sadSoojin was so badass and nice at first…
if they were going to make her an antagonist, they should have done it from the beginning. she started off so strong and independent, literally the pure definition of girl crush. and then the writers decided to take that u turn and make her do some shit in the second half.
Okay so like can people stop trash talking HJP fans and NDS fans???? You are getting immature as the day passes…
I understand your complaint but honestly, this been happening in Start Up from day one, in fact ALL famous drama forums. It will never end. I think the only trending drama comment section that is pure is Run On.
The only reason why i'm still watching this is because of the pure friendship goals and how they grow as people. Besides that, i don't care about the romance nor the comedy (anymore)
I was initially very excited in the beginning but it faded. But now, I don't get excited anymore (as before) when the next episode will drop or how long i have to wait, it's still a good drama, just wish they gave more significance to Jugyeongs insecurity.
Soojin is becoming a bitch and I can't be mad at her. Imagine knowing someone for so long and you barely managed…
I had a hard time in trying to figure out why i could not hate Soojin, why i feel for her, why i simultaneously don't gang up on her, but now, now i have figured it out. Thanks to your comment.

Get yourself a strong guy like Seojun.
And then Jugyeong came into the play, and now he connects with her deeply.

it's low, so low.
I'm not crying you are :''))
