I agree wholeheartedly. so many Cdramas these days wouldn't have a plot if leads only communicated. It's refreshing to see a drama driven by other things than misunderstandings between leads. Where leads genuinely support each other.

As someone mentioned below , this show has the most green flag ML ever. I love it sooooo much. Is there any such costume drama with similar ML?

This drama is shaping up to be by far my favorite this year. So smart. So mature. So emotionally heavy. Great cinematography. Coherent plot. Costume and makeup department made a great effort too.
Great acting from everyone involved.
The lead actor is giving a performance of a lifetime imo.
It was 9/10 from me before today's ep. Now it's a 10.

People should take ratings on MDL with a grain of salt cuz users here are mostly stans who will give 10/10 to anything their faves farted and haters who precieve competition with their faves give 1/10 Good or bad.
I used to stan a K-pop group before so I get the hang of how these things work. Imo there are few shows here that have legit ratings reflecting their quality.

Not my cup of tea. FL's feelings toward ML still very weird to me.
Sad since I consider the actress playing the FL as one of the best in Korea rn.

I am giving this a chance. I have been disappointed with so many cdramas lately. But I liked the ML choices till now. Reset is my all fave modern c drama.
