omg i just saw the new trailer and it's hilarious . we rarely get a brazen flirty FL who is also competent and not boy crazed. I suspect that her attitude is part of an act here which makes it even better. I just hope the story is actually coherent and engaging (from the novel summary it's the stuff i like most) and for youku get their act together with the subs cuz I will be skipping till we get good translations.
last week of destined. this has been by far my fave costume drama of 2023. i hope the last episodes don't disappoint so i can come back to it from time to time.
I have to comment on the quality of the production. The filler flashbacks have been minimal, as of episode 36.…
i agree with the songs choices not being the best. some took away from important scenes like the reunion for example . didn't have the proper emotional weight and i blame in part the ballad played while it happened. i would have prefered and instrumental or if they had to go with a ballad at least something stronger and more fitting.
The acting in this show is on another level. Everyone is committed and doing such wonderful job. I find faking death trope tired tbh but I respect that at least it serves a huge purpose here.
The best, IMHO, is still the opening scene of NiF2. That was epic movie-grade and it hooked me into the drama…
I have not yet watched the two NIF dramas yet 🤧🤧🤧🤧 I know I know. I only heard great things about it and I want to watch it. but I like binging and since it's 50+ eps each I am waiting for ample free time.
