I actually didn't mind it. the ML doesn't always have to be the strongest in the room. he seems to be attuned to the FL and cares deeply for her never hurting her and in my eyes that makes him more appealing than typical MLs.

I'll give the first episode a try then as soon as I can.
I am very particular about my FLs more so than MLs so I hope she surprises me as you said 🤣

i liked destined best among costume dramas and now Lost you forever is making me so invested. i look forward to each episode everyday. so depending on the ending it could well become my favorite 2023 release.

i will keep an eye on the actor playing CX . I never knew him before. seriously I love his acting. imo he is the standout among the male actors here (not saying the others aren't good) .
he is very subtle in how he conveys emotions and has such a presence in scenes. and I think he was very suited for this role with how complex it's gonna turn out to be.
