He pushed her he did not beat her. I do not accept his action but we have to say what actually happened. Beating someone is different from pushing. I feel next episode, through the trailer, she might hit him as a defense.

He prevented her from running away and was overflown with madness and deceit about discovering the person he thought at last was sincere to and good for him was actually using and maybe mocking him. So he pushed her really hard (I saw people saying he hit her when he didn't). I do not condone what he did but I am not surprised by his reaction cause he literally became crazy for her like way too crazy. And in a revenge storyline this is dangerous.

I don't condone the way he physically pushed her out of madness.
