In the meanwhile the scene in ep 5 happens in a context where nobody knows about the scandal.

I know but at ep 5 nobody knew they had an affair while in ep 1 that scene happens in the contexte of the divorce and eveyone knowing about it. So the scene you saw in ep 5 has nothing to do with the one in ep 1 (totally different context)

I don't think so. By the time of ep 5 the divorce was no question yet my love. That scene we are seeing in ep 1 is the futur, same like the dog scene we saw, and is linked to the whole process of the divorce thing that was not even discussed on ep 5. Lol
