Too bad Zhao Jin Mai next two projects are school, juvenile love story sh.t. I wish she gets cast in another mature story like Reset. Why not another thriller or another role that will completely break that baby image (why not a spoiled rich woman with some grey side about her) ? She will be 20 soon so she can play darker roles (the likes Nana Komatsu played around the same age) ! I don't want her potentials to be wasted in those sh.tty annoyingly innocent schoolgirls or happy go lucky female roles cdramaland PDs have been pushing lately and made some of their actresses unsufferable to watch *coughFairXingcough*.

Lord I find cdramas school shows unwatchable. The last one that was really good was Hikaru No Go (2020) because no annoying juvenile romance and is not focused on some annoying female lead.

Agree. It did not look as good as the one in the warehouse a few episodes prior. But I liked how FL and ML escaped through the window and how the car chase part reminded me of 40's noir movies

Yeah ! OTP's pairing still got that restraining "innocence" cdramaland main pairings carry even though there is a lot of s.xual tension btw Timmy and Jing Tian. I love how Yang and Du pair is such an improbable one to begin with. They were not even considering each other before. They remind me of the male lead's brother and the female lead relationship in the 1956 japanese movie "crazed fruits". Both have this burning spiciness majority of cdramaland couples don't have. In both cases the girls give off that unapologetically s.xually active women.

I mean he is such a coward ! I thoughts with his harsh background and how he managed to build this aura about him in the city, he would be stronger but man ! He made me laugh especially his chicken reaction when his trusted man gave him the gun to be able to protect himself. He was like "what am I going to do ? Help !" in the meanwhile every other men of his house where trying and protect their women : Jiashang with Shizhen of course, Yang with miss Du (I love this pair spicy and mature and I feel genuine with each other), his right-hand man protecting Dinkun's wife, and JiaShang's boyish Bff protecting the two lil sisters. Dinkun totally lost the right to be the big boss of the Rong house.
