Err. Aren't you hating a bit much? He's a decent actor. Does what is asked of him. He just has a tendency to pick…
Your problem if you feel bad or sick about my comment. And my opinion about City Hunter aka Nicky Larson in French speaking countries won't change. Calling that the kdrama version of the original work is a fraud to begin with. Now on LMH I repeat he is not a good actor. Wish a you good day to you too.

It is ok but yeah the people that were applauding before a lot are calling him now a mediocre actor overall who did not really improve. So YES "Told you so".
And yes today at 37 his posing acting does not work the way it did when he was in his 20's - again not my saying but it comes from a couple of his BOF days fans. So I maintain what I say.
Now about City Hunter, sexist or not the original manga is what it is or at least the original character. And it is nothing like what LMH showed in the drama. People excused his laziness to study the character and get into it using the same words you did in your comment up here. In that case the original manga should have been left alone instead of to be uses while calling the kdrama the drama version of this. No need to link both of them. I find it low.

I see your point still I remain on my case. He is not good. With something like city Hunter for example with an iconic and distinctive character like Ryo Saeba, he would have shut my mouth had he tried and played the character. It was his real first challenging role he had to forget himself and play a character that has nothing to do with LMH. The end result was a joke. Anybody that knows CH knows that he didn't even try and play the character. But because he was the ML people praised him and turnt a blind eye. Then his career was that of a person that kept on thriving on mediocrity until now people are opening their eyes on his weaknesses since he is no longer in his prime now (been readinh a lot of comments calling his acting mediocre in general those last few years). In addition it does not help other actors with more solid basis have surpassed him.
I would’ve said the same thing until I saw his standalone episode in Pachinko…he’s a good actor just has…
My opinion Lee Min Ho is not a good actor but in Pachinko case the director most probably pushed him not to rely on his habit which is : playing character like an extension of Lee Min Ho. Lee Min Ho by himself doesn't think of really studying the character and challenging himself. On that case he reminds of Yang Mi who has become too complacent and comfortable in her field.
So this is based on real story of people that sold human meat on the black market ? Imagine you are an inhabitant of the area the meat was sold in and you are not vegan.
I remember years ago when mediocre drama BOF became a hit and Lee Min Ho blew up, everyone were gushing about him while I was the only one in the community stating the obvious : Lee Min Ho is a poseur and not an actor. My feelings were comforted and confirmed with that non-character performance in another overrated drama "City Hunter" called the Kdrama version of the popular Japanese manga "City Hunter" . Guy posed here and there for the camera looking "pretty" for the fangirls while the iconic character of Ryo Saeba was nowhere to be seen. All traces of the original character of Yoko Kamio iconic manga were removed and replaced by someone that was : Lee Min Ho. "Heir" was another mediocre drama where the usual LMH posing was served to us. This guy, for some times had been thriving without working on the very thing needed in that field : real acting chop. And all of that encouraged by his rabid blinded "fangirls". They were calling me "hater !" or "Bitter" and to them I was replying "He will never improve thanks to you".
What are the results now ? Actors his generation and younger have surpassed him. Some of the fangirls that were feeding his ego have moved on. Others have now noticed his lack of acting talent now that he is no more in his prime (posing has been working less and less). His dramas are not making as huge of a number as before. The Lee Min Ho posing is done. And here I am saying "Told you so !"
