TT yeah this was my obsession point. I have pretty bad social anxiety so tho I found her funny & cute it was also…
This is one my most favorite things about sharing in the collective experience of watching a drama - there’s so much to pick out from real life ❤️ The scenes with emperor Tun were my ‘griefcase’ (which I learnt is the new name for baggage 🤣) but when he redeemed himself, it soothed something in me.
And he came up with this great action sequence of YQ & YT: https://twitter.com/tiff_ilosophy/status/1634205009595490305?s=46&t=medZreW5VocTzEcgkM4WUQ
Yeah! Apparently the actors were dorm mates in uni and so, well known to each other and one day, Cao Jie was annoying CXX by pulling on his hair and CXX turned around and told him off which was seen by someone (not sure if it was the director) 😂😂😂 Which then got improvised as a shot in that scene where YQ tells FeiChi off 🤣🤣🤣
I understand her but she's sinking to the level of the people who decimated her tribe. And her action validated…
Absolutely!!!! I empathize with her and feel sad at the thought that she felt like she needed to do what she did to pacify her grief and torment but I don’t judge her at all. 😔
If this isn't the best Xianxia drama of 2023, is it one of the best. I'm so happy I started this drama even when…
Yeah! I went in with zero expectations and more of a “Oh let’s check this out.” when I saw some of the initial episodes were released and boy am I feeling mighty chuffed! Such a treasure!!!!
I haven't finished watching it but the reviews complaining about the ML's voice annoy me so much. It's the actor's…
Oh wow really?? I am so bloody in love with his voice ! I know professional dubbing artistes do a great job and sometimes even enhance a character with their work BUT to me, YQ somehow seems more…real because it’s the actor’s own voice. 🙂
Question for everyone who has seen all the episodes (through 39). I’ll put in the spoiler below.
I respect YeTan’s decision to forgive him and move on cos she I feel like her inner child was soothed by the way she was treated in the heavenly realm and, YQ played a huge role in her healing. And yes, the father did redeem himself in later episodes but I personally thought he got away too easily. It was too sudden a switch for me to digest initially and had to pause and take a breather.
I can almost imagine YG going “Yeah YT thought I needed the fruit to consummate our marriage BUT YOU HAVE SMELLY FEET 😡😤😠!!!!!! “
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
