The lesbian couple is in episode 4. Their names are Su Jin and Cho Won. Su Jin is trapped in a loveless marriage of convenience with nagging in-laws and she is just a trophy wife. She has an affair with a younger Cho Won, who is a confident tomboyish lesbian. The two of them break up because Su Jin thinks that Cho Won was the one blackmailing her (in reality it was the main characters) but by the end of the episode they make up and it is heavily implied that they are getting back together with Su Jin leaving her husband.
The gay couple is the FL's coworker, who is a receptionist (I think his name is Jun Ho but I'm not 100% sure, sorry). He is a recurring side character and in episode 6 during Christmas his long-distance boyfriend comes visit him (I don't think they say his name). It's a really short scene but it's there as the two kiss and rent a hotel room together.
