Just watched the first 2 episodes but wow am I excited. Love that the FL isn't helpless or naive either, and despite her situation she does have a support group such as her lovely neighbors who acts like her family! Another plus was the market scene interaction with the rival butcher, the general market go-ers stepped up for her!
I've heard how frustrated viewers are over the weeks but I wonder is this the same sentiment for domestic watchers in Korea? Just curious b/c I'm only exposed to reddit and MDL which are international viewers...
Ok finally finished the binge, was great lots of twists. The ending was perfect, tying up any human relationship lose ends!
Kinda wish they explored more on the background on how they reset, but I can understand why they didn't due to how complicated it would be. Because there would be so much scrutiny on how it all makes sense, and it would be a super disappointment if they gave a half ass science-y/sci-fi explanation. Sometimes, a mystery should be kept as mystery.... 😉
In the middle of binge watching this....but when the webtoon artist FL is crying infront of her dog. I just gotta say what good acting from the dog! Idk if it was trained to react to the tears but looked pretty concerned, and I felt bad.
Just started this, and the kid actor is super cute! Love the dynamic between the FL and ML. Glad their initial experiences with each other is quite mild for a "bad" first impression.
My only gripe is that i wish they wrote how the kid first appears. Like who escorted him to the funeral ceremony? The writers could have at least made the excuse that a co-worker of the parents brought/took care of him until the funeral, because he literally just appears from a door. 😂
Finally decided to start this but damn this is good watch for a first episode. I'm expecting a lot of this with such high ratings.
Also my drama brain has got me thinking the reporter FL somehow got an organ transplant from the other FL (I'm assuming shes dead, IDK) so thats why she's being haunted/hallucinating things... I'm probably wrong but boy am I excited to see the whole story...
Honestly the romance was meh, they really shouldn't have included it. Otherwise this was an OK watch. Despite trying to force a romance, at least the FL still focused on the revenge for the most part. Sure she "stumbled" due to the strawberry dude, but she never did a weird 180 in personality towards him.
I did enjoy that the lawyer/attorney guy never betrayed the FL. Anyways it wasn't that bad despite seeing those 2 reviews of 3 and 4....
Suspend your disbelief, as this is one of those action movies where our ML is literally a terminator with all the injuries hes able to brush off. Kinda similar to any action movie by Jason Statham.
Anyways this was a solid action series. I liked the pacing, and despite corruption everywhere glad that the ML had a few people he could count on for his revenge, while sticking to his morals. I chuckled at the car race part, because this was clear nod towards the movie Death Race.
The big question is they develop the importance of the nanny and they just let her significance die down. Like what was the outcome given her relationship with the antagonist?
Overall was good watch, and JCW delivered as expected!
Just started this and was wondering why I was getting similar vibes to Forbidden flower for the FL personality as a sheltered innocent naive girl, turns out the same screenwriter/director. I know this trope is seen in other dramas, but wow it can get irritating. But honestly props for them getting Esther Yu casted, as I felt for the first time her voice matches the character. Even though I've dropped most of her works, this might be the one where I'll watch it till the end...
The fuck. What a piss poor explanation as to you why your mom left you. Father doesn't explain anything to his kid rather than just say nothing with a round-about excuse that sometimes people are forced to leave the ones you love. And the kid accepted it??? Just like that??? Like I understand he doesn't want to make a villain oh grandma but you didn't tell the truth to the kid. Infuriating and piss poor writing for the kids character...
Came for the second-chance romance and Qin Lin, but left disappointed and annoyed...
Watched the first 2 episodes its alright. Yes hes quirky and narcissistic, but no way somebody at 38 could not change especially at his age. So apparently his female boss has enabled this behaviour for 8 years!! Even for a drama, thats too delusion-ally lenient. Like maybe if he was in his early 30's i could give him the pass, but hes almost 40 and only now starting to have some intro-respective. Either way I kinda feel compelled to see where this goes, as i only just started this...hope the character development is worth it..
Anyways I'm excited to binge the rest!

Honestly if they did do dubbing (which i don't know) it appears well done that the voice flaps match at first glance...
On the appearances, the main leads are good looking enough but they definitely overdid the skin whitening for the makeup..
