I also think that was a pretty dramatic example. I know his intentions I am aware he was trying to tell Jianing that there's always a gray area between just right and just wrong. I also agree Jianing was a little too extreme then, she only ever considered everything logically she refused to see any other sides BUT those two wamen were just bad human beings and being poor and losing your loved once really does NOT justify their actions lol. So I stand by with whatever Jianing said and did.

Okay TMI but as far as I've noticed the drama is shot in Czech Republic and the people there don't necessarily speak english they have their own language. So I realized everytime Jianing speaks chinese and Harry speaks english they are actually supposedly speaking the language of that country. Now they kept the country anonymous (going as far as to calling it A city) and also kept the language anonymous which makes sense. I think this is why they just assigned a default language to the characters so it's easier to understand instead having to learn a completely new language. You'll notice how in episode 27 Qin Bin commented "How do you know these languages" and once in a while Jianing speaks english that's when she's actually conversing in english. I only figured out it's the capital city of Czech republic, Prague because of the buildings tbh they are very unique.

The drama has 42 episodes I knew it was too many so I was embracing myself for some filler episodes but it still bothers me aaaah

Moli literally goes berserk every two minute and Xiao Shan tells her "it's all part of the plan" and Mo Li instantly goes I'm sorry brooo and then repeats it all over again ksdjasjksakd

The drama still has a lot of potential even though the last couple of episodes were very mehhhhh I'm just praying they get the momentum back

As much as I hate to agree...yes I'll give it a rest for a while and possibly pick up once it gets a little better the drama still has a lot of potential I sure hope they don't destroy it

Oh hell yeah the friendship they have is so freaking wholesome to me it's so fresh and I actually like Mo Li's character fully knowing she's going to be problematic in the future. Because she has so much room for growth and development. Everytime you see her you can tell she would have turned out to be very very different if her circumstances werent so bad.

I literally went back to watch the teasers again and miss girl holds a gun on Xiao Shan she really is a ticking bomb. At the same time she's one of the only character with a lottt of room for growth and development this whole crush on her 'brother' thing is driving her to the wrong side and i hate it.
