I remember seeing people say that so I wasn't sure if it was underrated.

Oh, I did vaguely remember seeing a character came back younger but I didn't know that it was him.

My most anticipated scene, after the Youngsoo kiss.

A lot of fans had more expectations for romance, because of the way it was marketed, so I just wanted to give you a heads up. Since you said that about political dramas, then I think you'll really enjoy this. Some of the satirical humor can pass over our heads as we aren't familiar with the setting of the drama but most of it is obvious with characters being over the top at times.

It felt like the longest but now I can't believe it's almost time for the end.

Before anything, be aware that romance isn't the main focus of the story. It's more political. As someone mentioned, every episode feels like a movie with solid acting. I love the satirical humor & how the story focuses on characters & the choices they make (it'll make more sense when you start watching it.) Also, I really love the OST.

To summarize in one sentence, Dr. Kang playing Taeil for a fool - preventing him from taking action against the hostages.

Chicago Typewriter is one of my favorites & yes I agree it's underrated. Also, I enjoyed My Strange Hero too. Thank you for your suggestions! I will gladly accept Chinese ones too.

I agree that Into the Ring & Mad for Each Other deserve more hype! They were one of my favorites of their release year. I'm looking forward to season 2 of The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim. I wanted to watch Jirisan but didn't get around to it, Based on your suggestions, it's possible I'll enjoy it too. At the moment I need a slice of life to balance out what else I'm watching but your suggestions are going on my to watch list as well. Thank you!

I'm not really a fan of age gap romances but I have seen good things about that drama.

I loved him in Chief Kim & Hot Stove League so I trust your suggestion. That drama was on my to watch next list so I'm starting it now :) If you any other suggestions even if they aren't slice of life, then that's fine.

Yes, his identity being revealed so early on in the show shocked me.
I had a feeling Dr. Kang was a spy because of the way she paid attention when Taeil was speaking about work & I'm glad I was right. I can't wait until he finds out lol

I've watched a couple of these but thank you for the suggestions! I especially like seeing Be Melodramatic on the list as I loved the vibes of the drama.

It's one of the reasons why I wasn't posting at the start of drama but then I thought if people can share their negative thoughts then I shouldn't feel okay with posting unpopular opinions.

In this case, I think there is a lot of viewers who are projecting their own expectations rather than the writer/director's. But, I'm with you about laughing at seeing some of the harsh critics praise something else that wasn't to my liking.

Oh, I completely agree with some of the criticism here being with an intention to spite. They hide behind "stop hating on others who have different opinions" while not giving the same curtsey. But, if that's what they want to spend their energy on, then I feel sad for them. It was on my radar because of Jisoo but for the most part I keep an eye out on what dramas will be airing. I also don't try too put too much expectations, though the only thing I was counting on was angst & I've gotten what I wanted.

I've enjoyed it because we've gotten a group of characters all together in one place & I like seeing the choices that they make, even if I don't agree/like them all the time.

It was a farfetched dream, but I was hoping Jisoo would release a cover of it for an OST 😪

This isn't Snowdrop related, but can anyone share some underrated dramas to watch, preferably of the slice of life genre & Chinese ones are fine too. By underrated, I mean not the ones hyped up on social media or on netflix.

I know there's been quite a few unexpected things that have happened in the drama but what has surprised you the most?

For me, it was the hostage situation. I didn't think it would be a romcom, but I thought Youngro & Sooho would continue to meet up while she didn't learn about his identity until the later end of the drama. So, when the hostage situation began it caught my brain off-guard wondering where is this story going.
