Honestly, you can find something to nitpick in the best things. There was already so much negativity regarding the drama before it aired & I wasn't going to add to that for myself as viewer. Though, in all honesty, this has been a fun drama to watch & I don't feel as if it was a waste of my time to watch (like I've felt before with other dramas.)

Yeah, I've thought episodes are good & then I see comments on here picking apart everything to find something negative. I'm not saying criticism is bad but you're right about some comments being indirectly hateful or wanting to bring down the excitement of others. I've been waiting for this drama since it was announced &, with the controversy putting a damper on things, I wanted the rest of the viewing experience to be a good one. Thankfully, the drama has kept my attention from the start &, as I mentioned, the flaws haven't made me dislike the overall story or made watching feel like a chore (as can happen with other dramas.)

I know (because I'm guilty of it) sometimes people force themselves to continue watching a drama because they've already invested time, their favorite is acting in it, or they have nothing else to watch. But if a show has more things to complain about than not, then it's not worth it.

I remember a couple of weeks ago someone was trying to defend Boonok's actions by comparing her to Sooho & saying that because he's the main lead people reacted to him differently. I chuckled thinking that's not why. As you mentioned, though they both grew up in harsh conditions, the difference is that Sooho shows remorse & isn't hurting others to spite them. & his upbringing has led him to literally have no choice, with his sister's life relying on him, while Boonok is the one who is choosing to act the way that she does & seeing everyone as an enemy.

If he survives the hostage situation, then that's most likely what will happen.

I also think that I'm biased when it comes to Sooho so I completely understand. Dr. Kang has been the scene stealer for the past few episodes & I think that may continue as we reach the finale. I agree about Youngro & will add that the criticism towards her character is what made me like her a bit more than I initially did.

Agreed. I'm sure there's more to that old man than we've seen so far.

Agreed. Haein has been amazing.

That scene was one of the first of many more to come where we would see the responsibility he carries.

I would've liked to see more about the roommates too, especially Jeongmin.

I always got those vibes from Miss too &, after the way she dealt with Kangmoo & Hanna at first, I was so curious to see what her the courage to do so. As for Hanna, her goal was always Kangmoo oriented so her actions haven't surprised me. Yes, I also liked Boonok & Youngro together. It's a shame that went down the drain quickly.

I have a tiny hope for a happy ending but I'm preparing myself for a sad one.

With every episode aired, viewers here have had valid criticism of what we've watched. While I don't necessarily agree with everything, I do agree that this drama isn't without flaws. However, those flaws haven't stopped me from enjoying the drama & there are far more things that I like than dislike. Hopefully, the drama is able to end strong.

Same. I know a lot said they skip the wives scenes. While they are annoying, they've helped make some the political parts more clear at times.

I was surprised that Jennie was watching the promo videos, like the quiz one, for it though.

I also think she didn't tell them because she would love to watch them begging for spoilers.

They said it was a Romeo & Juliet type of love so if it is a tragic end, then I agree with your sentiment.

I've always been a fan who had an eye out for his projects but this bumped him up to my list of favorites whose works I try to watch as they air rather than waiting afterwards to watch them. It wasn't just his acting but seeing him involved in the making of scenes & taking care of the other actors.

Though it was a rough journey, the cast & crew seemed as if they really enjoyed their time filming so I'm sure they took this time as a good learning experience.

With the drama coming to an end, I'm curious:
1. At the start of the drama, who was the character (or characters) that you wanted to learn about their backstory the most?
2. Who did you find the most interesting character? Did that change as the drama progressed?
3. Who is your favorite character?

*I wanted to learn about Miss Pi because the way she carried herself was telling she has secrets. & I also wanted to learn about Dr. Kang because I knew there was more to her than just being a mistress.
* I found Boonok the most interesting character & that still hasn't changed because I want to see how far she'll go with her actions.
*Sooho is my favorite character.
