Title Legally Romance Spoiler
In episode 27 when they're overseeing that drama that Zi Xin is investing in & the characters are in court & the guy tells the girl "I want you not to be my opponent, but my sweetheart" & then they hug & kiss & Qian Wei looks over at Lu Xun to see if he has any reaction but he's just blankly staring so she frowns & rolls her eyes at him 😂 (sorry about this run on sentence)

This felt like actually witnessing a love story instead of just a generic romance drama. The way having great…
Exactly my thoughts. Everything felt so natural & real between them, especially the little theatre clips.

There is something wrong with papa Lin but you’ll see that today. I had to watch the tv version though I knew…
Did you read the novel as well? I'm thinking of reading it now that the show is over.

Title The Oath of Love Spoiler
My thoughts as I watched the last episodes:

1. I know they were trying to make it a moment with the soft music playing but I scoffed when Gu Xia & San San were reunited (it's not as if I ever cared about them as a couple, but I wouldn't be so calm if my bf only sent me a "sorry" text before he went abroad & ghost on me for a period of time)
2. When Zhi Xiao told San San ""without your help Dr. Gu & I wouldn't have gone this far" I thought girl, with her nosiness & horrible advice, you almost didn't make it to this point 😩
3. Even though I already knew it, like Zhi Xiao, I also thought what do you mean Mr. Lin's cancer got worse? Wasn't he fine?
4. Zhi Xiao showed her maturity with the way she held a strong front acting like normal despite knowing about her dad's failing health
5. Mr. Lin's conversation with Gu Wei about (how though he does like GW) it's a bit difficult to be nice to him since he's taking away his only daughter had me tearing up
6. Zhi Xiao talking to her dad about wanting him to teach her child & for him to stay with them forever was heartbreaking 😭
7. Gu Wei is such a liar saying he's not romantic earlier in the drama but then writing those vows!
8. The vows that Zhi Xiao wrote but didn't say were so funny (she really had to bring up the fact that she saved him from singlehood again lol)
9. The last minutes with Zhi Xiao reading Mr. Lin's letters were bittersweet

Though they don't show his passing, he's dead as it ends with her reading letters he left behind for her to read.

I'm not saying I like Min Woo but yeah, after hearing Yoo Ra's confession, including admitting she was seeing…
When you wrote "he never asked about the affair" I thought you meant in the past too. I think Yoora's reaction said it all & since he couldn't trust her anymore that's why he went after Hari. But, yeah, he should've stayed & talked with Yoora then but we'll probably see it in the next episodes.

Yoora made it Hari's business by having that conversation in the first place of saying why she's going after Minwoo. If their friendship scattered, then that would've been for the best & Yoora already hated her so it's not like had anything left to lose. Anyways, I think we're straying from the original topic so I'll stop responding now.

Well, I'm glad that the last episode was decent. It made me think if only the drama would've kept it simple like that throughout. Anyways, a high five to everyone else who stuck with this drama despite wanting to drop it. May we fully enjoy our next one(s).

The one talking about how the actress wasn't doing a good job as a cellist or something like that? It does make me scoff when some take things too seriously.

There is something wrong with papa Lin but you’ll see that today. I had to watch the tv version though I knew…
I saw a comment yesterday mentioning a spoiler in the novel about why she chose not to go to Germany & it was relating to Mr. Lin. & the episodes I watched today made me go hmmm. It's that viewer's instinct.

I'm so tired of the clingy love rival cliché so it was nice to see otherwise from her. &, yes, I was also nicely surprised by Dr. Yan standing up for Gu Wei. His crush is probably the reason why he was the way he was towards Gu Wei lol

It's funny because she was Ms. hard to get but forget all about that quick. I expected him to return for the finale but they could've kept him abroad. I'm also in favor of the third couple staying broken up. Aside from that mentality, she loves being clingy & he doesn't so it wouldn't seem realistic that either would change - unless they did a time skip but even then I'm fine with no reconciliation.

Yes, the proposal may have felt like a spur of the moment but he's not that type of character & admitted to Gao Xi that he already had that thought in mind long ago. & obviously with his words you could tell. Once again, I was thinking & he said he wasn't romantic??? As you said, it was simple but beautiful.

I think I saw a bit of that & that's part of the reason why I stopped scrolling. Different opinions are expected but you can tell when others have an agenda.

Title The Oath of Love Spoiler
My thoughts about episodes 26-27:

1. Even though they dropped the suit, I was glad that Zhi Xiao was telling the patient's parents what kind of doctor & person Gu Wei is (yes, I'm still salty about them)
2. Like Yan Xi, I also thought what does it have to do with her that her ex is leaving to Beijing (but I was thinking that more along the lines of cheering for him to get a clean break from her)
3. It made me chuckle when San San stopped Zhi Xiao from texting Gu Wei to ask about Gu Xiao (because San San was always the busybody when it came to others)
4. Though it made our hearts ache, the breakup actually ended up being a good thing as it reinforced Zhi Xiao's feelings towards him & it made him realize how he can lean on her for support
5. I really do appreciate Mrs. Lin for letting Zhi Xiao come to her own decisions & supporting her
6. Gu Wei's proposal had me smiling like a fool & him calling her dear wife was heart fluttering
7. Though I didn't care for her in the beginning episodes, I'm glad that after she was rejected they stopped Gao Xi from behaving like the typical clingy love rival (I would like to see her get a good ending)
8. When he first told them, Gu Wei's parents brought up decent concerns about his engagement (I agree that you need time to learn about a person & talk about serious issues such as finances, expectations for the future, children/parenting, etc. but I also personally don't think there's a specific amount of time you need to date someone)
9. Even without spoilers, you can tell something is up with Mr. Lin (when Zhi Xiao was speaking to him about her engagement & he just sat there listening to her, my heartstrings were being pulled)
10. Mr. Lin's words when the parents were meeting is one of the best scenes of this drama for me
11. Zhi Xiao smacking Gu Wei's hand away when he first held it during the parents meeting was cute & made me laugh
12. Throughout the drama, both of their parents (mainly Mr. Lin & Mrs. Gu) seemed too much at times but I'm glad that overall they respected the wishes of their children (I was scared they were going to be overbearing & cross lines to make them break up when they first started dating)

Why would he ask about something that he had no idea about? & actually if anything Hari keeping that secret makes her look bad as a friend. Even if she didn't want to hurt him, eventually that relationship with Yoora did so she should've just told him.

That would be a perfect joke! I love your idea :D. But if they want to stick to a cliché plot, then I want grandpa…
I also like what you said! I want to believe they're tricking us into thinking the grandfather will act a certain way.

Yeah, I didn't think otherwise but the timing of her saying those words still made me feel weird after the scene we just witnessed.

I'm not an adoptee myself and can't speak for anyone who has been adopted, but I did not feel good about that…
It does happen all the time but I completely agree that it was unnecessary as she already has other issues to deal with. Adding to that, them making Seon Woo's dad horrible to disown his daughter he adopted & be rude to Mijo because she was adopted also feels like it was to make the story dark.

jin seok has pissed me off from start til end. he's been selfish the entire time where he wanted to stay in both…
Yeah, I couldn't help but roll my eyes when he asked her that & said he wanted to stay her husband after her passing. He doesn't even care that he's making her last days a bit more difficult.

Though the beginning minutes of episode 11 (including the scene of Seon Woo & his sister) had me uninterested, I think this was actually one of the better episodes. Mainly because I enjoyed Mijo & Chanyoung's conversation about her fears regarding her passing. Also, it was nice to see the trio take a mini trip together & Johee tripping & falling onto that man's lap made me chuckle. It did make me lowkey bitter thinking if only this drama would've been different sigh. Anyways, I'm not placing too much hope but I just want tomorrow's episode to wrap up decent enough.
