No its weird. Lets pretend he knows its her when its sunset but its creepy when a 27 year old was even interested in the ahjumma way back.

Now if he was missing a mother figure and she was caring to him and he was comforted by her then its ok. However he trailed an ahjumma home. This drama doesn't address how he is attracted enough to Mi Jin's looks therefore he can overlook the older MJ. This drama went straight into how he liked and got along with Lee Sun first.

So yeah how did the viewers justify that? Age is just a number. Then fine. The character is 27. She is supposed to be over 50. Here. I have given you the age. Go justify it then.

I started this drama about 2 days ago.

Lee Jung Eun. I wanted comment before I got distracted. Lee Jung Eun is 54; even before I delve into her previous roles her acting here is impeccable. However good lord what was the actress reaction on doing this role? Has anyone seen any interviews? Can she really do the splits? She keeps dancing. She had to do A LOT of dancing. Plus she flirts. I laugh thinking of her flirting with the idol. And the cycling- the cycling is ok but she had to cycle fast.

Her acting with the BFF is hysterical. I wheeze when she went from MJ to LS in front of the screendoor.

I laughed a lot and wheezed quite a bit. I was just planning to check it out to see if I should start it and just dropped every drama I'm watching. I was on 2 Cdramas and 1 Kdrama part way. This and Miss Mobster were unexpected.

I've been captured by both. The ML's acting in the other was what caught my interest. Don't get me wrong I like both the younger actors in this drama. However LS has totally made my day. I didn't even know I could laugh so consistently. I rarely get any dramas where I think its that funny.

There is only one comment I would make. Why is the make up for MJ and the mum so thick and the one for LS so light or tastefully done? Did they have a different make up artist? Their lips are perfectly made up with perfectly applied lipsticks but omg the colour. Why are the colours so strong? Look at the mum's lipstick. The stylist really made it so obvious. Look at Mi Jin's close up shots. It's also really painted on vs lightly applied. The foundation is hella thick. I don't normally notice it but man its really bad. Even the male actor's make up is better. Trust me I rarely comment on make up but this drama is perfect. Its pure entertainment and then dum- dum- dum- dum I get hit with this brick red or plum coloured lipstick making the 2 actresses look like caricatures with the super thick foundation. Totally spoils my moment when Mi Jin is rightthereinfront of the prosecutor.

I don't come here often that's why I haven't commented but its over the ep 10 mark. I camr to see if the writing is bad so I don't continue or start a drama. Its currently just ok. I've actually gone back to another of her old drama to see if its the character or acting I am meh about. I have watched 2 of her modern dramas and a historical one.

I've just finished Follow your heart. The thread there has been good with using spoilers. I haven't been hit with unexpected surprises. A quick scroll down here shows very little spoiler tags being used. I obviously can't come into this thread at all to check anything out.

Some of us like to watch a drama as it comes. I am on ep 5 and came to see when the romance was starting.

Do you do this to other dramas as well? I won't watch trailers, BTS clips or Chinese variety shows or interviews.

I just watch a drama. I am going to go watch another drama now. Romance hasn't started and if we start this with a one night stand I'd watch something else. There is no anticipation now.

Now that makes it even worse. I now think that the FL shouldn't get together with HT is she is ljke that.

I don't know but that's why I am here for spoilers. I am on episode 5 so I still have some time. Once i catch up I will stop watching and go to Ms mobster until the couple end up together. I presume ep 20 at least? Either way it can't be ep 9- 13 right? Its too soon.

So what is the problem? That's the common reason why people break up in my line of work.

Long work hours. Doing work after official work hours. Staying back after your knock off time. Studying. That's why its advised to find your partner while at Uni.

Besides its right she concentrate on her new business. If the partner is not supportive people break up too.

All these are relatable reasons why people have broken up. I have over 500 colleagues in my department by the way. Its way better than some of the lamr ass reasons why see in Cdramas namely the stupid parents and their objections. Or cancer. Or an affair.

Who? They were still around in ep 34.

Ok then I'm writing this drama off. I am going to catch up on the new Xu Kai drama and Ms Mobster. That is good. Terrible sctress but the ML has charisma. Don't know who he is.

I just want to know the ending. I have already started skipping scenes.

I wouldn't. There is nothing to look forward to with 2 jerks still on screen. Yan and Bai what'shisname.

I needed to double check the episode number. Its ep 34 and we have the Zornia, Suolou and LNx shapechanging. A new love rival who is the drug kingpin.

And they add on a potential death? For 6 episodes?

I am just leaving until ep 40 airs.

American shows and social media news reports about the groom and the bride's BFF having an affair. Cdramas just pretties it up and showing 2 good looking people and trying to make it seem less icky than what it is. If there is a chance and temptation laid readily and constantly around even if they had not broken up they might eventually have the affair. There have been speculations vs actual research done about what are the factors that made the other party have affairs with either the BFF or sibling of their partner. The Chinese writers when they do their writing should really do more research and spend more time thinking of their plots.

So keeping those 2 together as close family friends just seems yucks especially since her BFF at some point will whine about the ex who is now the friend's boyfriend and eventual husband.

So all probable future interactions are just fraught with potential bad consequences.

So yeah its just prettied up with a bow but its still a bad plot line to develop. 7 years in a novel, 4 years in a drama is still a long relationship. And apparently in drama land not one with hanky panky.

I know that's what the sub said before when she said she would help him. However it sounded different after the fake eye went in. It organic right ? That means from animal.

Brother. The spoilers don't look good. I am skipping ep 31-32 and catch up when there's some development.

I am still trying to get over the prong and knife with an organic animal eye. The poison is ridiculous but it's drama ridiculous. Making a blind person regain his vision the whole drama more stupid.

Maybe the new writer didn't bother watching the drama but just wrote the script.

I am starting ep 1. I don't think a basic drama like this needs or even justify using the F word so many times. Its justķ a normal drama. Its not a political drama where people die. Its not a thriller and there's torture for any reason. No need to get that frustrated or worked up.

I just need something to watch after work. Its only one ep 7. I thought this thread will still be civil. I just dropped a drama yesterday.
