I learnt something new today. I am so used to the meditation, isolated in a cave, social isolation etc sort of drama I think my little brain just blew up to encounter this drama. Far out I cannot believed this is what dual cultivation means. I am sure somewhere in my drama memory it must have been used in another drama but this is the first time an ascension, cultivation and inner core episode actually mean a sexual assault scene in the open air. With a sect leader with at least 20 people. Even I struggle to recall another similar scenario in a romance novel.

Well there are bullies around. They will be reported but it depends on management whether they will do something about it. Management being the senior consultants. I work on the reports and I have literally blown my top at some of them. However medical field staff are " valuable " and at most you get a talking to. I wanted to really tell off a bully recently but at most I could do was tell her how her approach was towards me as a senior and that it was unacceptable. I know reports have been done on her but nothing was done. There are also a lot of very sensitive personalities around.
