Have to say I kept this on hold because the first 20 mins didn't catch me when this first started airing, but started it again a couple of days ago, and now totally hooked. Hye ri is exceptionally cute in this one.
Incredible stories, incredible drama. Taught me not to judge a book by its cover. If the excessive drinking is the only point people see from this, the n really they are missing the point.
I decided to start the drama and within the first four minutes I see a clock counting backwards with the show now being Kingdom of Love 2 and not Kingdom of love, nad the ML and FML giving each other a smile that can mean both happy and sad. Somebody tell me if this is set up like another twenty five twenty one , because I won't be able to handle this after 20th century girl. Feel free to spoil.
Jesus christ how does this show keep on being more frustrating every week. My god. There was like 5 minutes when it was okay. The rest is just problems and problems. Law cafe balanced seriousness and romance much better even if repetitive at times.
would have been better if this was 12 episodes. Don't know how I can deal with frustration for 7 more episodes. Today's episode was so frustrating 90% of the time, if they didn't give that ending , my evening would have been ruined.
Points for your effort to square the circle, but no, you can't make the accident anything other than a piece of…
Kind of disagree about Jung Ho staying in Yu Ri's side. If I was in the same situation, would not have waited till the time Yu Ri got up to go to the police and stuff. It's adrenalin and anger through your veins, you gotta calm down somehow. However, I agree that it was delayed too much, the reunion, and making a scene in the police station was also too much, that is bad directing.
I have a feeling that it was Jin Hwa Young who caused the car accident with Cho Do Il. That's why she had a wound…
This actually makes a lot of sense. I was speculating how the wound came on her neck. I was thinking Do il planned everything but maybe Hwa Young had a bigger part to play.
My only complaint is the person who switched sides should have had a greater motive. I understand he was pissed as the general's son was killed, but it had to be hammered into the audience more showing more connection between him and the son etc. I suspected something was up when he took pictures but still.
However, having seen Eve, I don't agree with people saying this show is like that. That was absurdely ridiculous and to be honest I agree with most of the decisions made by the characters in this drama, would have chosen something similar myself.
Considering the hate on this here, quite surprising I am still enjoying it. Somehow its quite relaxing. But then again maybe it's not very good as I am not getting that invested in the characters to curse the leads. I somehow feel the reactions here are natural, cliches galore though. Lets see who ends up with whom, if indeed SML and FL rnd up together I will be annoyed.
Finally ep 13-14 gave me the same feelings as eps 1-6 of this drama. Much better written than 9-12, which was a chore to watch. This is what I expected when I picked up the drama, them teaming up and synchronizing, I thought the drama will be about that, plus of course the romance.
So the webtoon ending was different from the novel ending and this followed the novel? Because clearly this doesn't match with what I remember reading in the webtoon.
I guess the inspiration from Louisa May Alcott's book was only about the sisters and poverty, rest is the writer's imagination running wild. Loved it!
