Its funny when I checked the comments here after watching the drama, people hated it because it had romance with the thriller. For me, I usually don't watch thrillers without romance, continuously one suspense after another exhausts me, I need the episodes to have a blend of relaxing and thrill moments to like a drama. Though I thought some of the romantic scenes were not convincing, and the story felt less tight than lets say while you were sleeping. Still enjoyed it a lot.
The best first episode I have seen in K dramas till date. Astounding. It does fall off a bit from there but it's almost impossible to keep up that quality throughout the drama. In ep 14, its easily a 9/10.
I'm sorry but I really can't understand what the hell is going on in this kdrama .. I forced myself to watch until…
Ep 2-4 were very very bad. Repeated flashback scenes and no story progression. 5-8 felt much better to me. You can finish till 4 in 2x and watch 5 and decide,
Episode 5-8 was much much better than 2-4. Much less flashback scenes, reduced "blurry" effects, and more importantly proper story progression and conflicts. Starting to like it again.
In my 1 year of watching k-dramas, first time saw one that is as draggy as this one. Reminded me of the stuff I used to hate of some bengali dramas. But to my surprise it is tremendously popular in Korea. had High expectations seeing the lead casts, but this one is mostly all style little substance. Half the episode have flashbacks on repeat. Chemistry seems fine, the kisses are shot well too, but it's just such a one dimensional story.
This drama surprised me, I didn't expect to connect so much with this given it's ratings, but this was exactly my cup of tea. Slice of life ish with just enough things happening to keep your attention, but not too much to make the atmosphere tense. The male lead was kind of refreshing, the conversations flowed well and seemed natural. Was reminded a lot my conversations , fights and making up with my girlfriend(now wife). Would have been better if the initial romance started when FL was in college instead of school, that was off putting the first couple of episodes ngl.
Talking about the drama , episode 15 was really poorly edited, disjoint and lost the charm, episode 16 again was much better. Overall a solid drama, 8/10
was pretty incredible. Reminded me of a Makoto Shinkai movie, 5 cm per second, but with the ending of kimi no na wa. Would not say it was as good(would have to rewatch 5cmps to check if it's the nostalgia talking), but still pretty incredible narration. The movie ebbs and flows and may even feel a bit disjointed at times, but I somehow loved all the artistic freedom it took to tell the story. The ending shot was so beautiful. The nostalgia of watching old gadgets and the Coldplay music was an added bonus
Well written article, even though I disagree on the autism of Moon sang tae being misrepresented. As a person whose sister is autistic I found the depiction to be quite accurate, in fact I was surprised when people in this forum was claiming to be grossly inaccurate. I think since autism is a spectrum the symptoms and representation varies a lot depending on where you are , plus from a perspective of an austistic person it is going to be annoying to see yourself is a burden to someone else depicted in a drama when you are not so yourself, so I understand that perspective as well.

Wish i could find something similar to this one! The chemistry, the story, everything was so great :) Rarely does…
Checked your watchlist and was surprised to find It's okay to not be okay not there. Watch it, its sort of similar, more aesthetically shot and deals with different mental illnesses. I like that even more than this one.
My favourite quote from this one, an absolute masterpiece, a bit rushed ep 14-15 maybe, but doesn't hurt in the overall picture.
