I'm at 28 kill the king kill the king I demand u to kill the king
I almost couldn't get through it. I actually had to fast forward a tiny bit, cause I couldn't watch it, although it was brilliant acting on Yang Yang's part.
are all the states still fighting for the seal now? or did they all realise it's a fake? they stopped searching…
I think BFX's master is slowly putting the pieces together. I am going to have to rewatch, because I think I missed some details about it. I know the last thing they heard was the token keeper that most likely created the fake tokens is dead, haven't heard much after that. I think they put most of that on that back burner since Princess Hua Chun Ran aka now the Divine Fairy brought the sanqria (not sure on spelling) on "foot" to the imperial palace and the flowers bloomed, so now the Emperor of Dadong feels somewhat secure and the people supposedly feel better about the Emperor.
It might be. Since we didn't have a decent director to wrap up this drama. I don't have any high expectation,…
exactly, but at the same time if anyone knows anything about acting in, producing or directing you never film the scenes in order. So the real director may have filmed some of the scenes from the final episodes. It is all how they edit it together. It is why we don't see that ghost maid, because of editing. If it is rushed at the end we can only blame the producer and the editor imo.
Yeah…this show needed a lot more episodes to do the war conflict justice. I wish they had the money, time and…
I agree. If they really wanted to add more episodes they could have done 2 seasons, which is what a lot of dramas have been doing. Like what The Blue Whisper did. It is kind of a work around of the 40 episode limit.
Omg. I screamed when YWY figured out BFX’s real identity. 😂 I was a little annoyed how come he figured it…
Me too! I couldn't believe he figured it out. I kind of thought, maybe FLX and HC would figure it when she was playing the zither. The look on their faces almost seemed like an aha moment.
I do have to say the ending of ep. 18 was kind of nice, it was getting back on track of what the show was with the investment portion. I am really looking forward to seeing how this investment meeting about Mobi will play out. I also like how his dad basically said him and 2FL were more like brother and sister, they are not right for each other.
Guys, could you recommend any decent office dramas like this to watch while I wait for new episodes? Thanks:x
Boss & Me (this one is one of my favorites) Here to Heart Lucky's First Love Pretty Li Hui Zhen The Fox's Summer (another Seven Tan series) Love is Sweet
These are just a few I like, I know there are several others, but these are the ones I can think of, off the top of my head.
i think he’s more reserved and soft with 2FL due to respect from the old times sake….idk tho, lol. he looks…
I see that. It seems like he really is more comfortable with FL, says whatever he wants, doesn't hold anything back, etc. But with the 2FL he is walking on eggshells, treating her like broken glass. It is aggravating, because it is total of opposite of how we have seen him in this entire series. He doesn't treat anyone else the way he treats the 2FL and I hate it. I am also surprised he is letting her stay in his house. He hasn't seen her in years and she can just stay with him, I thought he didn't like anyone in his house.
I am in the middle of episode 17 and all sudden it has become boring for me. I am co sidering fast forwarding through these scenes with the 2FL, I think she is boring. Even when Tian, CYH, LJM and her were all sitting around the table talking it was boring. So far she has yet to bring anything to this drama. All her scenes have been very dull.
I haven’t watched it myself but I heard she played an evil role in Untouchable Lovers
yes I was going to say, she does play a semi villainess role in Untouchable Lovers, which basically was her first drama, she did really good in it. Also, if you haven't watched the movie Autumn Fairy Tale, I highly recommend it. She was superb in it. She had a wide range of different emotions, very very good. I don't usually watch movies, but this one I would recommend.
Great article, love it. I am a huge rewatcher. To quote you, when I rewatch it is because:
"When in a certain mood, in a hurry, a slump, or while having full fridge syndrome (plenty of food, nothing to eat; in dramaland: plenty of titles on the PTW, nothing to watch), starting something that is a safe bet may just loosen you up and help you figure out what you want to watch next."
I love that, cause it is definitely why I rewatch.
I mostly watch and rewatch Cdramas, but I do watch and rewatch Kdramas from time to time. Actually right now I have been going back and forth between the two.
Cdrama rewatch list: *yes I have a lot* -The Story of Minglan (for some reason I can't get enough of watching this, even though it has several episodes..thank you FF button..it is still so great) -Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms (Eternal Love) -Nirvana in Fire -Legend of Yun Xi -The Blooms at Ruyi Pavilion -Listening Snow Tower -Legend of Fuyao -Go Go Squid (I love the OST for this one) -Gank Your Heart -The Sword and the Brocade -and anything with Zhao LuSi in it
Kdrama rewatch list: -The Heirs -Her Private Life -What's Wrong with Secretary Kim -A Business Proposal (haven't rewatched this yet but will definitely be, because it was so great and I loved it) -Cinderella and the Four Knights
There are several more that I have rewatched, but only once, the above I have rewatched several times. I do use the FF button a lot of slow scenes or to get to the good parts of the story.
Is there actually one person from each of the six states, actually five, (because would there actually be somone from HCR's own state competing?) If that is the case, I wonder who they are sending from BFX's state? Her brother? From my understanding her brother and her are the only two kids of the king of Qingzhou (sp?)
Did FLX get demoted to marquis rank? He went from prince of Yongping to marquis of Yongping. Is this a promotion…
A marquis actually has more freedom than a Prince. The Prince is confined to the palace, isn't allowed to have an army, etc. Where as it is different from a marquis. I think as someone mentioned, it basically kicks him out of the line up for Kingship though, but I wonder because the king demanded he marry Princess HCR to set his people free. I don't think it really is a promotion or demotion.
So the a**hole king is still around at episode 34, but he looks like his demise is coming then. I still have a strong feeling they are going to be rushing the last few episodes.
I can't get through episode 28. Nearly halfway through and I can't anymore.
The fact that his father doesn't even freaking care about him, pisses me off more than anything. His father only got to be king of Yongzhou because of Lanxi's mother. You would think he would at least have a little respect for his son and his accomplishments. If he doesn't die soon, I am going to hate this series.
