I don't like them together. I think he was rather pushy and didn't acknowledge her feelings at all. He supposedly…
me too! At first I was like he is cute and nice. I was also thinking maybe he knew the 2FL in the States. But at the same time, I knew there was something up with him. I mean how can someone seem so perfect.
I love BTS moments! Can we see a BTS moment of Liu Rui Lin taking that wicked slap from Yang Yang? (I know it wasn't real, but the acting was so awesome)
Exactly, i wanted Lan Xi to me more humane and less prince atleast for a day. He should have be angry, disappointed…
I don't think he reacted in the hall because he already knew she was behind the poisoning and he had already let out his emotions. I mean him and his people found out before all that transpired. One of his mother's maids basically told him what happened and you did see his reaction when he was in the palace (not the main hall) and he was talking to BFX before the big reveal in the hall happened.
I am thinking from the teasers anyway, it will be episode 35. There are a lot of back and forth about whether…
so far they have uncovered quite a few plots especially after these last two episodes and if they stay on track it doesn't feel rushed, but we shall see what the last six episodes have in store.
Though I’m actually happy FL and SML are together, the “confession” was weird. I always feel like SML talks…
I don't like them together. I think he was rather pushy and didn't acknowledge her feelings at all. He supposedly came off of a break up and now she told him she was heartbroken so he wants to push her into a relationship that we can clearly see she is not ready for. I also find it kind of creepy that he just "shows" up everywhere. When they are in the mountains and then again right after her work. I don't know I am getting creepy vibes from him, Liu Chang seems to be playing the part really well.
Shi Ying is amazing… esp in the upcoming episodes.. how I wish I met someone like that in my corporate career..…
I have seen her play bad/evil characters, so I thought she was going to be bad in this. I love seeing this good and supportive side of her. She is doing really well.
in chinese drama, all episodes are shooted first then they undergo editing and after a period of time they get…
I think that is the only problem I don't like about the series right now. They are doing a great job of developing the FL to be a strong independent person and then they go and put her in a relationship when she clearly stated she wasn't ready. I felt really uncomfortable about that. She was so focused on her career and making herself do amazing things in said career, then they go and do this to her. I feel aggravated about it. I know they want to do this to make the ML come out and admit his feelings, but he was already on that path in the 2FL showed up. She still could have turned ML down even if she wasn't in a relationship and we could have seen him try hard to win her love, etc.
When does the ml find out that the fl is Feng Xi Yun? I'm only on ep 25 and loving the drama. The slow pace burning…
I am thinking from the teasers anyway, it will be episode 35. There are a lot of back and forth about whether he really knows or not. I am not sure and we shall see. There are already a few people besides her own family that know.
(So now the I finally realizing the scriptwriting's total confusion)
-Very confused here, beginning of episode 34 we see the King and Queen talking. He says his father married him to her. Ok, I know they had Prince Chang together before she was queen, but I thought she was a lowly maid or something. They even showed her in a previous episode wearing lowly clothes and following the King and then Queen Yige. Why would the King's father marry him to a lowly servant if he was a prince (albeit born from a concubine)?
-He then goes on after Baili pushes him, and said he didn't want to name his heir yet, but at the end of episode 32(?), didn't he tell her, she got what she wanted, she should be happy? by that I mean he basically kicked Lanxi out which means he was naming Prince Ju his heir.
-Back to Lanxi finding out the culprit behind his mother's demise. When he told BFX the story previously he always said he found his mother in the water. They even showed the flashback of it. Granted he did mention after BFX's master's death, that his mother was also shriveled, the same way as his master. So now we are seeing his mother found by a servant dead in her room. Are we to assume someone dragged her and through her in the water? Do they want us to believe that after the servant raised the alarm of her dying?
-On to the epic 2nd half:
Probably my favorite part of these last 2 episodes.
-First of all, when did the King become stupid? I thought he was pretty smart and knew what was going on. He always knew when Baili and Prince Ju were plotting against Lanxi. Now all the sudden he believes them and hands over the military token to Prince Ju. Did he still not believe anything was wrong when Prince Ju demanded to be named heir and pulled the token back out of his grasp when he reached for it back? He stripped Lanxi of everything basically and he honestly believed that Lanxi had 30000 troops at his command and invading the city.
-There goes Baili trying to point fingers at someone else, for something she did. Blaming everyone but herself. She did finally admit it though.
-The best part of this episode imo, was Prince Ju's speech (besides him getting b**** slapped). He basically just spouted out everything and it was so true. I actually loved this part. I am glad though it did make the king sort of wake up to the shit he put all his sons through.
-The whole Baili playing dumb, did not work. Yeah Ding Dong the witch is dead, finally. I don't get why they didn't just poison her, made her kill herself with a white cloth instead. I also don't like they made Prince Ju a commoner, they should have sentenced him to death as well.
Side Note: my favorite FQW and BFX together is awesome. I would love if they had them two in more fight scenes together. I love that relationship.
I'm half-way through the series and I'm sick of the plot revolving around the spineless King, the b*tchy Queen,…
I have to say they need to change the tags. It have very minimal wuxia to it. Maybe about 1/3 or so of the drama. To me it is mostly a political drama more than anything.
-YWY moving his plans forward. Killing the empire using someone else's hands, then killing those hands.
-Love how the only thing HFX could think about while being in the wardrobe was being close to BFX
-Did they every say why BFX's sect was in the Imperial Capital all of the sudden? I mean out of no where they just showed up and all is forgiven. And can I say I love Pu, so smart for being so young.
-It seems to me the General of the Imperial Palace is the only smart one in this entire series. The crown prince seems to be a bit weak, listening to anything YWY says.
-For the Fountain Abode being able to gain all kinds of knowledge, why don't they know about YWY and his evil plans, BFX's real identity, the leader of the Soultaker Sect, etc. **granted they make up for some of this in episode 34**
-Hello, Mr. Prime Minister secretly working for YWY and HC
-I knew Queen Baili was behind Queen Yige's death it was so obvious.
-How was Lanxi able to return to the palace when the King said he wasn't allowed to come back to Yongzhou?
-It looks like the plots are starting to be revealed.
-Right now I don't feel things are being rushed they seem to be going on pace.
The only times I am showing any interest anymore is when the ML and FL are in the scenes together or when they are talking about the investment part of it. I am glad that it is over with the 2FL (or rather his old friend) and she is gone. She was boring as well as her scenes. I fast forwarded through a lot of scenes over these last few episodes, it really is just moving so slow. I really hate that too, cause I love Seven Tan and Kenny Lin and I think they are great actors.
The 2ML is being to clingy and jealous and pushy, way way to pushy. I am actually kind of pissed NM agreed to be his girlfriend, because I know she still has feelings for ML. They made it like she really wanted to focus on her career now they are saying she is willing to cave and let the 2ML push her into a relationship that you know she really doesn't want to be in and actually doesn't fit the story imo.
I like how the ML basically explained himself to FL and why he acted and reacted the way he did. His father isn't the nicest either and you can see where he got his attitude from. I am feeling for the ML now. I know he wasn't always the nicest, but since FL left his company he basically has been reevaluating himself and seeing things differently. Although, at the same time, it seems they are starting to make him more of pushover so to speak, like he kind of has given up and he basically doesn't care about his business, which is going to hurt in the end.
I will continue watching, I just hope the pace picks back up.
the last 4 episodes have been really mellow--too mellow- the relationship between the ML and 2FL is quite bland…
I agree with you. The 2FL to me is really really boring. Even with the whole art thing and the story of why she is back, it all just falls flat to me. There is no chemistry between them, nothing, just total boring.
