so far it’s a good adaptation, im really liking it. i feel like they couldn’t really translate the dog scenes well which is sad because they were one of my faves in the manhwa.
i so wish they would’ve explored top trying to get back with boeing while mew was with ray… hes so fine???? i also wish nick just moved on, his new man is so sweet and nice 🥲🥲
read the manwha so long ago but i can easily say the casting is just perfect! can't wait for it. some seowon scenes require good acting so i hope eunwoo manages to pull that off but i'm confident in gyu young doing her role justice.
a really good simple romcom, loved that there was no stupid misunderstanding plot line used to spice things up, felt refreshing for a romcom in a while. but as usual with many romcoms, i think it couldn't keep the momentum and got boring at the very end. it's still a very fun and light watch though, i would def recommend it to people.
i don't get people hating this drama, some people just want the usual romance stuff and all romcoms are pretty much the same so why is this one getting the hate for it
it was nice but it def had potential to be much more. i feel most of the plot lines were on surface and not explored properly. i think they wrapped it up way too quickly, they could def finish the whole story properly by having few more eps. everything leading up to the final episode felt a joke. such a waste of a very good build up.
i have been waiting for this since it’s announcement 🥲 if it’s really being aired by netflix then it’s definitely coming next year since they didn’t tease this as a part of their line up this year

ok but this episode definitely caught me off guard at first, it seemed so fast paced and there was so much happening. one thing ive noticed is how kawi ends up depressed and messy in every timeline because of his fathers death. i think this series will be about him learning to accept that there’s no perfect happy ending. krists acting>>>>>> that scene on the sofa when he recalls his father would be so proud.. really felt like that was a strong scene

This has deteriorated even further into trope-ism and juvenile writing/story-telling.At this point, I'm just fast-forwarding…
to each their own, but just because it follows common tropes doesn’t mean it’s bad. some shows can ace the tropes and be enjoyable. atleast they added realistic themes about discovering sexuality this time around rather than just fetishizing two men together. and i like how the female characters aren’t just lifeless characters for once. i personally find the writing for this show really well. it’s not anything crazy unique but it’s done well.
though i do find it annoying how GMMTV shows in general follow the same structure everytime. in my memory only ‘not me’ was something different for once and i think that wasn’t really received well so which is why they’re sticking to the formula that’s worked before. for this same reason i really couldn’t enjoy my school president. but when the same cast of MSP did moonlight chicken, everything just worked better imo. the leads felt natural, the story was simple yet effective and the actors really shined in the role. GMMTV really should find a balance between typical BLs and non typical bls.
i personally expected the success of kinnporsche and itsay as thai bls to make gmmtv put more effort into trying to switch things up but eh it is what it is. atleast the production quality is top tier.
the whole bar sequence was so good. the bar was such an easy to read metaphor for gawins confusion about his sexuality and i loved that. we’ve seen coming out scenes but it’s rare seeing a character who was actually curious about his sexuality at first. this series is a gift that keeps on giving.
