That is a very natural curiosity indeed. I, myself, had it. The story is about the main female and male leads principally and them being in such a well written exceptionally healthy slow burn romance since the very beginning how can the second cp be popular with a common trope where the man is principally a bad character at first with barely any interactions with the second female , be hyped so much more? But they had their own charm that fascinated others, so they hyped. I got it. So coming from whoever, this is a natural curiosity. Li Changge can win Hao Du with strength and strategy coupled together. And also the new sword skill she's learnt gives her an upper hand. I would love to see Changge duel with Hao Du, but that won't happen. She might not beat him by strength, but surely, she doesn't lack endurance, toughness or agility compared to soldiers. She literally pulled out 2 arrows by herself. She's always shown in a set up of disadvantage for the story's sake.
