It was exciting as hell. That battles reflected Sun's personality. While he is powerful enough to kill him with one shot, he would use his power not to finish him off and save him. He has both the "Power of strength" and also the "Power of mercy". A splendid combination.

I'll rewatch it once Youtube updates all the engsub. There's just no way to get over it. I did like YunFei too but I am obsessed and fully occupied with GeSun on a whole different level. And not to mention TLB is such an outstanding series as a whole with too many amazing characters.

SUN VS SHE'ER battle was beyond comparison.
That was an incredible action choreography with more marvelous moves on Sun's part. I've never seen a fight scene so splendid in any drama before. The way Sun went for a spin and then clash his sword against She'er, was in my opinion, an outstanding performance! Also, even after She'er used that dirty tactic in the end to stab him, Sun broke out of that almost inescapable choke with such strength, he was an invincible fighter there. Hats off to Wu Lei's acting here. I can't praise him enough.
