Series ends in cliffhangers for a reason. If the current season ends in a good note, some people will prolly feel satisfied enough about it and will brush of s2. That's just marketing, they benefit off of our intrigue and desperation. 🤷🏻♀️
Idk why yall calling this bromance when it's clear theyre heading towards the romance department!! Just because it lacks in the intimacy part (yet, maybe s2 will be better), yall calling it bromance. Like is this a form of mockery yall? Bromance is literally a platonic relationship, or at least the cover up for censored Chinese bls. They never kiss, confess, never explicit state it. I am frustrated, but not surprised. Now im just praying s2 will be confirmed soon.
Can just someone spoil up further about what happens in the novel before they separate and meet again in adulthood. I need details of their dating era in hs too🥺
I almost tolerated Taiyi's violent actions but eps 7 was like the last straw for me. It kinda ruined everything for me😓 It never got properly addressed and boi didn't fully redeem himself, only a sorry. Such twisted mindset stemming from internalized homophobia is such a heavy issues that shouldve been told properly knowing that all of the three couples struggled from it. It's also problematic how in one eps they had this big fight and then the scene the violent guy kisses and tells him sorry. 😐
This was a really good and of high quality k-bl. Good looking characters, cinematography, soundtracks. Although acting could've been better because ASTCO Taehyun broke down better than this.
Overall, despite these flaws im kinda in a love-hate relationship with this bl rn lmao because of how I am so attached with the Jazz music aspect of it🤣🤣
I just knew people would be throwing hands with the pacing 😭 a 50mins eps and still no shit happening at ep 10? We're going to war yall HAHAHAH it's obv their filling it in for an s2 (still love them tho)
Also why does the director never fail at the butt department 😵
Ngl i prefer this over uls. They just feel more of fleshed out character that are easier to connect and sympathize with. No hate to our uls main cp, still love them tho
It makes me look back on how their story unfolded in the og series because hotae gave off absolutely confused gay in that but here he's obv aware of both of their feelings. Perhaps some things just doesnt align with the og, or maybe 7 years was a big change ofc. They were adults, donghee had much more self control now. Cant help but think the latter had an internalized homophobia coz he was a denial bitch and kept on dating around women, but then glues himself to donghee but never confesses!
So many fillers. I dont know why some kbl throw characters there in that when they could've used it to flesh out their MCs more. Nonetheles, their chemistry is fire! 🧍🏻♀️🔥 Choi Jun literally seduces Lee Jun whenever he's with🤣🙊
Plot - nonexistent Love triangle - wtf??? Face cards - hawt 😜🔥 Kiss - 🤤🤤🤤 Prod value - decent actually Ost - erm okay Acting - seductive, can cry, lovable
Did it ever make sense? Nope.
Why did i watch it? For the poongduk villa couple ofc🤷🏻♀️
Also junho chasing minhyun and the way he was looking at him like he was a damn meal, it felt like an older guy lusting over a plaything to groom him (kinda creeped the sht out of me)😭
There's nothing wrong with being concerned. Cancel culture in Korea is pretty bad and many actors suffer from…
now that you've pointed it out, this one is a mainstream full length 8 eps which is like a standard netflix series which is like a huge progress in lgbt representations in k-ent

Yep! It's very courageous of them to step up and I'm honestly very grateful too. It might be just me who is more active on the c-ent, coz lgbt censored drama series there always stir up problems. Like how xiaozhan and zhang zhehan suffered is actually traumatizing. But then those are two different situations anyway and my concern (or paranoia lmao) might be out of place. Thank you, i'll keep this in mind and continue supporting them
NYS is a rookie actor. He is not well established or main actor as of now. We don't have to worry, he must have…
NYS has already bagged a baeksang award and his career is going stable that's why i think for someone who's already doing so well it's risky. Then again, like you said he and his management are pretty aware of that there might be backlash. I'm just kinda spooked to see it mainstream. Just like how semantic error helped bls to flourish, this series might actually help us to see a full on 16eps queer kdrama one day.

Plot has potential, but everything else is just bad. (Except for Changha's face card)
Loved the concept, but the problem wasn't really executed well nor faced satisfyingly. It's a quick watch tho so it's not really regretful 🤷🏻♀️
