I kinda see michieda's resemblance with chen zheyuan, especially when he smiles! Also, I didn't expect the my happy marriage guy had a bl series lol now it's def one of my comfort shows
Stfu i just found out about this after digging in twt under bailu's hashtag coz i be missing her late at night lmao
I was like whaat she took another xianxia? Is she being typecasted? And after i saw the trailer i was like nope nope this is an og script and ohhh myy ANGSTY 😁🤌🏻
I always knew jing deserves xiaoyao but i cant help but feel a bit bitter for xiang liu. I find jing quite calculative and selfish in order to be with xiaoyao but when it was revealed that the reason why it has to xiang liu snatching her from the wedding, i felt like crying. He actually wanted to give xiaoyao the chance to choose xiang liu. Just when the umbrella scene the yaojing meeting in the snow after finally revealing the truth of hou and yiying's schemes the scene transitions to xiangliu drinking. He tells his lil birdy he's 'celebrating' for the two of them. Why must they hurt us like this. 😔
I finally had the guts to watch this because i suddenly miss wooseok (im going to rewatch lovrun next heheheh) am i deceased, cried a bucket despite knowing the ending.
The reason i kept delaying watching this is because once i get a major spoiler i just lose the will to watch it.
Positive: - great pacing - cinematography - color palette - Chemistry between the leads (their gaze 🥺) including hyunjin and yeondoo - im a sucker for 1990s to early 2000s kdramas - reminder of lovrun as woonho actually fell for her first also lmao not another r-18 dvd 😂
Negative: Tbh i can tell none because for me they're not really negative but more of just nothing special just like the plot is pretty much generic but for it's genre itself this movie provided comfort and solace with the ending giving you a punch. Although was just me but Yoojung's crying low-key bothered me lmao i wouldn't dwell on that perhaps that's just how they represented how a teen like her.
As a multimedia student, it was beautiful to see how passionate woonho was in broadcasting, it hurts to even think a 19-year-old boy never got to do the things he wanted to do. Just imaging what Na Bora felt during those years was gut-wrenching as she spent those times with anger and confusion in his sudden disappearance.
She finally received his greetings of his short 21st century.
So i just finished the double yesterday and need i tell you that once again i am reminder of the utter disappointment i felt for this show not because of the ending, but how underutilized the sizzling chemistry this two had. 🥵 Like him pinning her on the wall, i screamed, i punched, i giggled, i rolled on the floor, i quacked
Im not really into love at death doors film but i gets the job done when your heart needs a good cry. I think the film had a good execution as a melo movie, i love the color grading, overall cinematography was great. It was a slow movie, perfect for movie nights that'll not ruin my sleep lol.
The two leads had a cute chemistry with only their simple interaction. The unexpected friendship the trio had was honestly the best aspect for me. I found myself bawling much further on the scene when Ayaka was painting Akito's nails and how she got to know the meaning of the flower and last scene itself of her holding 2 three-gerbera bouquets. It felt like how beautiful it is to witness a love like that and how painful it must be losing two beautiful friendship.
I am especially at awe of the symbolism as someone who loves learning about flower language. The plot itself I found nothing special but with these little elements added it was worth the watch.
Does Tushan Jing’s character have some development in terms of personality in this season. I’m biased towards…
Jing has the most straight up calm loserism in him that he can be bland asf but he aint dimwit. men like cangxuan ang xiang liu are already vv preoccupied by politics, jing is the cherry on top for being the loverboy out of the four
Im just here just to say that i even tho this fell in some aspect, that i cant even remember the main plot point aside from the prologue, the heart scale, some stiff acting, crap cgi, reborn dragon, the silly ooc of the 2ml and the unsatisfying ending REMINISCING ABOUT THIS DRAMA WARMS MY HEART THEY WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF MY COMFORT CP I DON'T KNOW WHY I LOVE THEM SM ESPECIALLY MY GIRL ZHOU YE🥺😔🥰😣
Lowkey missing them TvT im still distraught on how much scenes were cut off, we could've wait for it too like LYF S2! Perhaps i wouldn't be too upset despite the silly ending
I felt like this should've been longer 😔 There were so many things they can explore: the clashing of gangs, clients of Dongcheol, how did JW dad betray the org. It would've been fun for the organization to crumble because of JW, continuing what her dad did. I would've loved to see more of the camaraderie inside the Narcotics team too! I felt like the romance fell short because ep 8 dropped lile a bomb and then yk what happens at the end ouch how can the end him like that. But again the story was never about them, it was her drive for revenge. His death became her last straw.
I love how complex Choi Mujin as a character is, he's pretty shady but believes in the concept of loyalty. That was very cruel of him to use JW vengeance against her but it was conflicting with how he treater her well. Well perhaps he felt responsible to be this guardian figure for her because of his close bond with her father or perhaps he saw of reflection of him on her. That she was something he can train into something greater. He played that part, as long as Jiwoo can be manipulated. Anyways this made me always at the edge of my seat, a good 7 for me.
I cant even take those robot looking monsters srsly lmao wtf is this some clash of clans pokemons🤣 also, why is hyunsu gone for too long, i cant even connect to any of the characters because the OGs were killed off while the new ones just kept on coming. Oof, s3 pls give us something this time 🤤
It’ll get boring if all we get is fluff and them dating. This angst is necessary and I am enjoying it. It’ll…
without all the angst we wouldnt be constantly on a chokehold lmao like the unraveling of her accidents, the chasing, the changing of fates and the repeated death of sunjae made me lose my sleep lmao
i feel for im sol sm too. she's risking her life in this timeline because if sunjae doesn't get involved in the accident then doesn't that raise the possibility of her not being saved? she was already living a very good life in her 2nd return.. the things our sunflower does for love TvT i also worry that perhaps because she reported the 2008 incident then perhaps her 2009 incident will happen unexpectedly sooner than the original date. messing with the past is gambling with the future.
Wanted to check this out for another kim hyeyoon drama but the transition from the sinking boat amidst the storm to the ml rinsing idk what was that again threw me off. That was defo not the way to establish a pilot episode. Immediately logged off netflix lmao😭
