It's another China region hospital. In the story, Man'ou hospital is one the best in the country. That's why Lin Yuan was so proud to be an intern that graduated from Man'ou after she finished her study in Harvard.

Please watch your finger. Do NOT ever write any words that belittle any country here. Every countries have their own cultures and policy. Just respect it.

As an asian drama watcher, I never have issues about that. China is still very good in producing good dramas especially in historical/period costume dramas even without BL genre. They still have good brotherhood/friendship/fighting together series like Mysterious Lotus Casebook, Under The Skin, Blood of Youth, A League of Noblemen, Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty, etc. Besides friendship, I also love chinese romance dramas especially their angsty elements in period costume dramas.

For Live Surgery Room, the bromance here is about friendship, motivation, and survival among the doctors. And it's so refreshing to see 2nd ML didnt have jealousy in his heart for the success of ML especially in medical genre drama.

I hope there will be a real kiss in the future episodes. I saw one from the trailer. It's a kiss in the lips.

May I ask you, if the second lead Shen Qi will keep bugging the FL for one sided love and try to break main couple relationship? Or he will understand her feeling and move on directly?

More episodes are getting better and better...but why the MDL rating suddenly drop from 8.6 to 8.3 to 8.0 😅 is it haters job?

You can check 2 another medical c-dramas "Heart" and "Dr Tang" for more decent chinese medical dramas.

Actually I want this drama to have romance as side story. Some ppl said below that the original novel already had the plot that Zheng Ren will fall in love with nurse Xie Yi Ren. As long as it doesn't affect the focus of the main story (hospital, surgeries, doctors professional life, etc). I think it's very fine and normal just like in reality. Human can fall in love to people they met.

It's my opinion. No need to attack me if you are disagree with me.

May i ask you, this drama is more into medical genre like Romantic Dr Kim or romance story around hospital?

Eh really? They switched the body right? They did the witchcraft practical to do it. Shangguan Zhi had her own shamans. It's like transferring one body soul to another.

In Goryeo period, its a common thing for pure royal blood marriage. They married each other to keep the pureness of royal blood. Its similar like the european kingdom did. Besides Goryeo, Silla also did the half siblings marriage. But after Joseon, this marriage is not valid anymore.

This is what i thought after watched ep 11. This show is going everywhere. So many branches. I cant believe anyone here. Even Detective Lee who got the letter from Kang Deok Soo's Mom was suspicious as well. Why he didnt give it to their head police to let Moo Chi out of the temporary jail?

For the kid, its too much if Bareum killed him. But if we think about Bareum smashed the phone or something, its really repeating the same scene with different situation. But the interesting part here : When Bareum tried to kill Kang Deok Soo in the field. I believe its the camera trick to put two situations in one timeline. We still dont know how Bareum come into the field and rescue Bong Yi (?) And what is the exact time when he was chasing the kid?

This show gave me anxiety. I want to finish it but i am too scared. I have a high expectation for this. And i dont want to be disappointed. Like writer built the story well in the beginning, but become disaster in the end. Maybe 16 ep is already enough. 20 ep is too risky.

Then if you believe Yohan is the killer, means the writer-nim trapped you successfully in her plot. Thats what she wanted to do. Its to make the viewers believe "what they saw" and "what they heard". But writer also gave us the small hints everywhere. From ep 1-6. They showed us how Yohan had some emotions even though he always acted cold and quiet. He wanted to commit suicide before coz of han seojun's son mark in him. Thats not what the psycho need to do. They need to be alive to make people suffering and filled their blood wish.

Also, about Daniel Lee and Grandma. For Daniel, i doubt that he was killed by Yohan. And maybe he is still alive now. Just some camera-scene-games made people believe to the death of daniel case conclusion. Grandma was the same thing. Everything was blurry back then. They showed us the "part" of it but not the whole things. We need to discover in higher episodes about this.

Why u suddenly become like this lol and its not even a grammar. Its the characters's name. And it can be confusing for some people who read that. No one named Jong Hoo in this drama.
