I just reached ep 18, and frankly I dont care much about romance, but I really feel sad for Xie Wei, I mean , from what I got, the poor thing was 7or8 years old when he had to go through such a traumatic incident, which is probably the reason for his dementia, and also had to practically raise himself in order to survive, so I really just feel sad whenever you see in his eyes how he longs for his family and how lonely he is. So I wanted to ask, I really love his relationship with the Yan family, and i totally see that Yan Lin's father knows who he is, although i dont know if Yan Lin himself does, but in the novel, will his relationship with them get better or deteriorate, because I see that he is trying his best to protect them, but his tactics arent always the safest?

Wait isnt Xie Wei Yan Lin's cousin that was supposedly dead when he was 9 cause he posed as the crown prince ?

Okay i will say it, I am really disappointed, and it makes me feel sad, cause i was so excited about this drama, and the first 2 weeks were absolute fun, but then i couldnt enjoy it anymore, I wanted to see bromance, family dynamics, youth enjoying their youth in 1995, and of course music and band friendship, but then i just found myself watching the same boring cycle, a young 18 yo chasing ( tirelessly, for him not for us) another 18 yo, fighting and arguing with everyone else, and he said he wanted to enjoy his youth, which he isnt doing cause i think they only had like 1 band practice, and frankly I swear i am not one to criticize FL's but i frankly dont like this one, atleast Se-kyong was good, but not her daughter, i really dont like her, frankly Chong-Ah is the highlight of this show, i truly truly wish it gets better.
