Title Jack o' Frost Spoiler
if it wasn't for the awkward kissing/intimate scenes between the leads, i would give this a 9.5. For such a short series with an amnesia trope, they did really well. the coloring/cinematography/camera work in this is so so good. the characters are personified wonderfully through their wardrobes. imo the actor that plays fumiya is a better actor and imbued so much emotions just with his micro expressions. if you want to watch a jbl that is a little different (artsy and indie vibes with an underlying thread of melancholy), watch this one.

ep 8 was so heavy i ended up crying at multiple points. i think maybe because asami went through so much grief, she was able to be a human in the next life. aaaa i don't want this show to end in 2 eps 😭

If you like a police drama, choose this one. Although the last two episodes were a bit dragged out and melodramatic, I still loved every minute of it. The plot is so strong, and everything is strung together so well. The characters are great. If you've been disappointed by detective jdramas before, please try this one. The body swapping in this isn't cringe and is very crucial to the plot. I loved the casting of all the characters. If you ended up on this page and wondering whether to watch it or not, WATCH IT. PLEASE.

the story was very predictable from the beginning but it wasn't hard to watch because something was always going on. if you like takahashi issei, he gets so much screentime and looks so good being the rogue policeman, it's a treat.

Title Wife of a Spy Spoiler
Can someone explain the ending? Did her husband submit the tip that she was on the ship? Did they both plan this…
so at the very end they show that her husband was "dead" but the death certificate was forged. and later she travels to the US. which kinda confirms that she went to meet and live with her husband who was in fact alive. I do think that it was her husband who tipped the army, only to keep her safe. I actually don't think that they had both planned this out, given by how much the wife cries at the end. But maybe i'm wrong.

this drama is so dark the lighter moments and the title is completely misleading. would not recommend, even if you love im siwan.

Yes, it could've been better with longer episodes and more episodes altogether for everything to be explained and tied well. However for what they had I think that they did really good. The acting was great and I waited for the episodes every week. A lot of it is predictable due to the genre (as we've seen other kdramas do this kind of fantasy storyline a lot). The last episode was the weakest but I actually liked the open(ish) ending without any montage of them actually getting to have dinner. I liked the show and wish there was a s2 to show how Dongbaek and Yudam get close again.

Title Love's in Sight! Spoiler
i didn't understand shishio's story arc. i don't think that akaza is ready to not expect anything but a romance with shishio, and they probably won't ever have a true friendship. i wish they dealt with that part of the story better.

story and cast is good but there's too many plot holes from ep 1 that just can't be ignored and feels like the screenwriters didn't do their job properly. i think they were a bit ambitious with trying to put this storyline off with bad writing.

it's a good start and the pacing is tolerable. But there are SO MANY plot holes from episode 1 that i'm seriously wondering whether the screenwriters did not proofeead anything. The story and cast is great but they're being very ambitious to think that they can pull it off with that kind of hapless writing.
