I get it - dramatic license, right? We see it all the time in shows and films. But this is next level. Next level BS. It's not even that dramatic - they are remarkably measured and show a muted sense of urgency.

Joen Yeo Been was impressive... interesting to compare her quite diverse performances across Vincenzo, Glitch and Our Movie.

But this was my least appreciated Namkoong Min performance to date (out of five in total).

I hope to read the novel after this 'ends', as I'm assuming there's no way the story can be told in 30 episodes. I'm curious: how close is this in terms of general structure and flow to the novel?

Appreciate this but want so much more. Like triple it up.

I understand the criticisms, except this production is mediocre in many areas so I have far more criticisms than you do, seeing many things being a far cry from "enormous effort, craftmanship". But is a frustration with the writing over a 4-episode span worthy of a 1-star rating? Why so? Seems quite all or nothing.

The perfect wife and husband. Absolutely immaculate.

I've watched 20 minutes and it's poor work indeed. Very disconnected.

It's no Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty but they're well choreographed and shot.

Because the acting and dubbing is poorly matched (along with your point on the tunnel visioning on plot at expense of character building, which is why I wish this was 50+ episodes).

Have you finished this drama. If you have then it should be blatantly obvious what I'm getting at. Their concern and questioning shouldn't be dismissed. They should certainly keep questioning.

Perhaps you've locked onto a key point. Don't dismiss your concern or let other comments fob you off.

Why would you expect a much higher rating on Douban? It's not like MDL where 100s of dramas ranging from mediocre to excellent anyway are only discerned across a narrow range of about 0.7 points.
