This series was so amazing and romantic and JimmySea did such a phenomenal job.
But that ending was really disappointing to me. I dont mind that Day got his vision back, but I felt like the way they did it undercut the message and Days growth. The biggest issue I had was with how Mhok apologized and Day didnt. I hated that scene of Mhok thanking Day for breaking up with him. Day should have been the one apologizing and trying to get Mhok back. He was so flippant about Mhoks trauma and abandoned him. I feel like all the time jumps were unnecessary too. Can't we have a show where the couple communicates, grows individually, and resolves their issues together without a huge saddness time gap where they "grew" magically. Idk I just felt like Mhok/Day and this series deserved better than that ending.

I completely agree. I was honestly really disappointed with the ending, mainly because the rest of the series was just so good. I think the airport lady said no one was missing because Mhok had checked in, but what disappointed me about that scene is that there was no heartfelt conversation between Mhok and Day about why he didn't get on the plane and why Day changed his mind.
Day has been so unempathetic and flippant about Mhok's trauma. He makes everything about himself and he was so cruel to Mhok this episode. I want Mhok and Day to be together because Mhok loves Day so much and they are so sweet together, but to be honest, Mhok deserves better. I like Day, but I think most of that is just due to the fact that Sea plays him and I love Sea so much.
I loving Last Twilight so much! I'm nervous though since I keep seeing people speculate that it's going to have a sad ending and I would not be able to handle that 😖 I cannot handle sad endings, especially given how attached I've become to Mhok/Day....I NEED them to get their happy ending

Probably because an OffGun pairing was in the first OurSkyy tbh. Id prefer a Not me story too, especially because boss/babe hasnt even finished airing but i think its all about gmmtv promoting their pairings tbh. When i first started watching them I didnt really care but that was because i was ao hyped for zee and saint. But when i actually watched them i really thought they were super cute togther and had really good chemistry. I loved their kissing scenes because it felt realistic and messy and unexperienced, so it felt like real people kissing and not actors weirdly. I always felt like i needed to look away haha. Their connection was something very different than most drama couples which i really liked. I get it though sometimes people see chemistry differently i guess. Like for me i thought the theory of love couples offgun and earthwhite had the worst chemistry id seen in a bl drama, but most people love that show.
