you have expressly said again and again that certain drama watchers attack the ACTRESS, not the CHARACTER, all because of a weak script and bad characterisation. insane drama watchers who can't disassociate and lash out at an ACTRESS doing their job should suck it. i never said the production team was "innocent"??? lmao don't put words in my mouth. attributing the hate to the writing team is a damn post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy. it's dumb and you're pointing fingers at the wrong people.

lmao why should the production team apologise for "damaging" hyun bin's image? it's not their fault that crazy drama watchers can't differentiate betwen a real life actress and a badly written fictional character. just because a watcher has some kind of "power", everyone should pander to them, no matter how batshit insane their opinions and actions are? wild. there's no difference then, between this and pandering to the rich and corrupted politicians because they're "powerful".

hyun bin is a good actress but idk why she almost always picks characters that are frustrating to watch. anyway lmao it's not just the romance line that deserves criticism. the entire plot itself is rather annoying. but having said that, i can't blame the drama team altogether because the webtoon itself is boring. lbr if it had not been for sjk, this show wouldn't be reaching the highs it's getting in the ratings.

it's obvious from the start that reborn rich is "buzzworthy" because of sjk. yes thanks for the data confirming that the actors are the reason that the show they're in is popular. i'm also watching for sjk but honestly after 14 episodes, reborn rich is boring, annoying, predictable and at times outright ridiculous. i'm just glad this is ending this week. -_-

went downhill midway like 99% of tvb dramas in the past decade. the last 3 eps were hard to watch. it's just a waste of 45 mins x 25 eps. if tvb is trying to compete with nhk when it comes to which one is worse off at scripting, congrats tvb, you win.

i just noticed from the cast info that sjk is older than most people in his generation on set but he's the "youngest" in the drama. like he's younger than his "oldest cousin" and he's the younger son of his parents in the drama but irl he's older than both of them. also his "mom" is only about 11 yrs older than he is.....

This is a good drama. Miss Su is such a hilarious character. She's flashy, learned, cultured, smart, highly modern for a lady during her time. I wish they didn't give her character such a devastating trauma, though (i know they're keeping it as close as they can to the original work). And I don't know why Chinese dramas tend to name their male detectives or male inspectors "Luo". Almost every inspector and detective in a Chinese drama is surnamed Luo. Why is that?

ji young is controlling and judgemental. she lectures dae bum forcing him to do things he doesn't want to do, and she lectures bom about her studies. she let her jealousy take over her and hurt yeo reum with things she had no right saying. anyway i just want dae bum and yeo reum to get together quickly!! i hate we always have to wait until ep 10 or 11 in these dramas for people to "get together".

it's true, she won't be able to travel the world once he becomes king. they need to do it now. but i doubt he will take in a concubine once he becomes king. i'm pretty sure he will be resolute in that promise to her. there are cases of emperors who only took one empress during their lifetime.

the way the story unfolded hasn't been exciting for me. seriously it's just the same old plot and people trying to one-up each other. the script honestly sucks. like the aunties, i'm just watching the drama for sjk's face.

personally, the first responders is a better drama than reborn rich. in the loan sharks episode, the villains made use of sodium-potassium to blast an entire building in order to prevent the NFS from submitting evidence for court. the method is debatably more refreshing than the standard gunpowder bomb script. TFR does have some coherency and improbabilities and plot holes, though, but it seems we can never thoroughly escape them in dramaland. it's still more riveting than reborn rich tbh.

why is "reborn rich" breaking records? the story is not that special. the characters are meh. aunties are prob just tuning in to watch sjk's face

yeah his character isn't groundbreaking or anything. and knowing the people he served in and out in his previous life is definitely an advantage, but he's also very strong in his understanding in the fundamentals of business and finance. he's top in his current law class and he was top in his grade in his previous life. and let's be real, to outsmart those shrewd people, he needs to be shrewd himself. he's not a goody-goody this time around, because being the straight, loyal guy actually got him killed before.

this drama is honestly just a 6 at most for me. i just want to know how it ends. with vincenzo... i didn't even care how it ended. i dropped it halfway.

sjk should do an investigative drama. a horror, mystery, or comedy. this constant mafia/revenge sombre "i-lost-everything" or "i-have-trauma-so-i-am-filled-with-bitterness" trend needs to stop.
