Honestly that being the humour of 80s and 90s is understandable (though never okay) because those were different times. If it was period film, I might have given it a pass. But celebrating bigotry and misogyny in 2024 in no excuse. Esp since the movie's premise is the guy getting upset because he was fired for being a misogynist and dressing up as a woman to subvert his punishment, and we are supposed to cheer for this asshole when he realises that women are people too

Honestly, I thought it would be like Tootsie, where the guy (desperate and unemployed) dresses up as a woman to take a job because that's what they want (a female secretary). The boss wanted a sexy girl to harass, this guy's alter is 40 something auntie who knows how to put him in his place.

We already have a sequel in ULS. I thought this was sequel of ULS since Gongchan is in the cast list and he only knew them afterwards. Dong Hee and Tae Joon (ML of ULS) were friends, they didn't know Gongchan until much later.

Animal actors do get, wdym? There takes a cut but most money goes towards their diet, training, grooming/dressing, photo sessions, a cut will be taken by their agency and manager etc. Plus, their pay depends on their role and screentime, like all actors.

I admit I haven't watch this show, but I'm not sure if u have read the manga or watched the original J-drama, but esp read the manga, it is damn frustrating even at the source. Like Aoki's self esteem is in the basement and Ida is emotionally constipated. The J-drama condensed everything in 8eps and even that was frustrating.
