I don't understand why the ratings of Undercover High School are falling. This drama is absolutely amazing. I'm…
Most people I know are waiting to binge the last eps together. Also, the fact the teacher started getting interested even before she knew he wasn't actually her student is a factor, though personally I love their romance and dynamic. Hell, it's not a joke that SKJ can pass as a highschooler, I'm even shipping his bromance with Dong Min.

Oh boy... I'm struggling with the first few minutes of Episode 01... LOL...If the accident scene is the basis…
I'm confused? What exactly was the issue here? Are you talking about the "sticking the finger back on" scene? Edit: I know it's from a long time ago, but I accidently scrolled too far down, and here we are.

To be honest, the flashbacks of their youth are nicely done but the present story is really lacking. They have…
It's not a new start, because they never officially ended. That's why it's "to be continued".
It's like when you are watching a movie, and you hit a pause on it because you need to go and pee. Then your mom calls you, so you decide to just let it be and watch it the next day. But then something else happens and you don't pick it up the next day either. And then something else happens. And then something else. Eventually, u kinda just forget about that paused movie, watch other things, life goes on. Then one day, you are bored, have nothing to do, so you are just screwing around on netflix, maybe checking your rewatch history, when you chance upon that one "paused" movie from 6 months or a year ago, that you never got around to finishing. So you are like "what the hell" and you unpause it, and it starts right from where you left it (still stuck in the same place, while you and everyone else has already moved on).

That's how their relationship is. They both fell in love with each other in school. But they both weren't ready at the time. Achi acted like an idiot (because he WAS a dumb kid) and Ji got hurt. Achi left because he couldn't handle that he hurt his friend, and then life happened. They both moved on, Achi got his career, Ji got his hospital, Achi had his girlfriend, Ji had his studies (because no medical student has time to date around. That's the most authentic part of this drama). Then one day, Achi decided to click unpause on that old relationship, and to his surprise, even though Ji had moved on, that relationship never did. It was still stuck in that small town in ChiangMai of 10yrs ago, waiting for both of them to come and complete it.

It's a slow, meandering path that they both needed to walk to circle back to where they had originally started from. It's not about the misunderstanding, it's about the growth that both of needed to go through to find each other again.

I thought the same. They just weren't ready yet.
It's so hard to find who actually understood this drama, I couldn't help but be excited lmao.

Personally, I think that the initial misundertanding and break-up made sense because they were young and inexperienced school kids highstrung on emotions. They did dumb things like dumb kids do, and paid a price for it. Achi acted like an ass in the past, but then he wised up and actually made efforts to win Ji back (none of that ML says I'm sorry and MC takes him back in less than 2 mins), Ji made Achi work for his forgiveness, but he also made it clear Achi did have a chance and wasn't just stringing him along. It was such a mature, healthy relationship.

okk but for real am I the only one who feels like the female lead is so bad her acting was just weird her expressions…
The actress was sick and I think she had mentally checked out. She is pretty decent actress in general, this is one of her worse roles.

You are talking about people wh actually give a shit, not owners who think their artists are just a commodity…
I already said this long back, when people kept talking about getting Jinwoo therapy, is that this show portrays the dark side of kpop, and the reality is that nobody is helping these kids. Even on MDL, we get a post about some idol/actor 'collapsing' every 3 days. Some take a hiatus or leave the industry, some take more extreme steps. And sadly, there's literally nothing you can do to help them.

The only thing you CAN do, which nobody pays attention to, is to keep your fandom clean and safe and make it non-toxic for your ult/bias and the new fans.

Lmao. The acting industry already ran away before the show started.
"But for a change his partner won't be in acting industry this time." His ex is an idol, so Up did have a bf in the acting industry.

Because it's embarrassing to see Phuwin in romance scenes, I feel sorry for Pond.
U weren't trained for it, and you aren't actively working in a job where kissing and intimacy with your costar are basic requirements.

Could be because Irish twins are looked down upon? Some people will start one of their kids early or late to counter it. Or maybe it's the classic Heir v Spare thing. Heir stays at home, Spare is sent out of sight unless he is needed.

It depends on how that kid is written. It could be "a guys with kids" tripe which I LOVE... as long as the kid is adorable and not smartass and "precocious".
