"The Legend of Zang Hai" will return to its original schedule, which is mid-May.

A Tencent Video drama will air on CCTV-8 starting May 5. The drama passed review today, and the distribution license will be issued tomorrow.

Tencent Video and CCTV-8 will make an official announcement once the license is received.

For me, this drama will still be release next month but around late May. Since another historical drama from Youku "The legend Of Zang Hai" (S++ drama) is now rumor to release in May 5.

This just my speculation, hidden shadow will air after The legend of Zang Hai end air.

How's the first 6 episodes? It is good?. Since I read one comment here said theCGI is bad and the dubbing, and rated Below 5. Is it really bad? I want another someone opinion if good or bad before I start watching.

Are you new to c-drama? Please make a research first before you comment why cdrama take long to air, why international fans like you don't even know why? and also they just recently obtained a distribution license.

Here one of the explanation of the one user here in MDL about why historical drama takes long. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND.

Historical takes at least a year for the production team to do all the editing which cannot be rushed otherwise it will look unfinished/sloppy even if it passes censorship & gets a distribution license the network won't air it right away since there are so many dramas coming out every month they have figure out the time slot before they can decide to release it while everything has to be planned perfectly for the cast when they do the promotional events. The Chinese government being overly strict w/ their law/rules & regulations we "fans" have no choice but to wait patiently no matter how long it takes for this whenever they want to premiere it someday it's just the way it has been over there.
