I don't understand what points A & B has to do with ratings. Logically those who haven't seen the series shouldn't rate it at all. And personally for me, C is not true. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

No it doesn't. It's pretty consistent in it's pitch, pacing, and execution. So if you didn't enjoy the first couple of episodes, I don't think you would like the rest
