I really wanted to enjoy this but it spend so much unneeded time in the past that the present was merely an afterthought and honestly quite pointless because we saw nothing progress/develop with the "present" characters to justice practially all 8 episodes focused on the past.
It had a lot of potentional to do well but misplaced direction let it down.
I wasn't expecting much but found myself binge watching it! Given the ending I really hope there will be a season 2, it has so much potentional to expand, and bend rules! I'd love to see more of The Third Prince next too, would be pretty cool!

Yes, all of this! TTY are the only couple so far (correct me if im wrong) who've never had a real DMD series. Even the younger generation are getting second series and TTY are having to have outsourced series, and even then DMD doesn't even bother to promote it. BoTW was good but it only showed a little of what TTY could do if given the chance!

Out of the ones you mentioned I've watched; Love Sick, Gen Y, WoY, ST, Bed friends (I enjoyed that one quite a bit), Middleman's Love (justice for my TTY!) I didn't like SunTiny or War of Y and SCOY is probably one of all time least like series I've attempted to watch over 6 times and ep5 is most I've got 😅 and yet I enjoyed Playboyy up until last few episodes.
I usually don't pay attention to who directs/produces the series because I don't wanna watch with anymore bias. And in this case, I would have never in a million years guessed these series were from same person.
I really need CC to be good because DMD have so far failed to give tutoryim any good series beyond medicore appearances.

For me, at least with My Stubborn, it was an easy fun watch it wasn't trying to be something it wasn't. Peach Lover feels like it's trying to be inovative than it is with NC scenes but sadly doesn't have the script to back it up.

Yes, the varierty of NC scenes was decently good but the chemistry was hit and miss, openly talking about sex was good... but it literally was nothing more than that. I can honestly say I have no clue what the purpose of this series and peaches had to do with each other. What point was it trying to make? To add, AI is laziness especially in a series like this where it adds absolutely nothing. What a waste of pollution. I gave it 6 stars, and I'm being generous. The more I write the more I want to knock half a star off haha.
I expected a lot for Poom but I feel like every role after the one had in The Sign, has just not let him explore how diverse an actor he could be. I feel like he's gunna be trapped in these type of roles.... *sigh* I miss The Sign haha.
As for Ki, not gunna lie, he didn't capture any of my attention. His character was just really bland.

There's a lot of good thai production so I don't want to say it's because of the meh ones as Korean BLs also have a lot of inconsistenty and troupes in their characters so my bet would be they played on the Korean BL character troupes mixed with the budget thai bl plots 😂
I'm sorry but losing your memory not knowing who you are for years IS A BIG FUCKING DEAL. To say that carelessly to an amnesia patient and asking if he can handle knowing his life. Is disgusting. Acting as if he holds the power. They're dismissing a lot of things. I'm disliking the main character. I do think some things need improvement but overall its not that bad.
I get it's just a series and not that serious but it's a pet peeve when series pick up serious like topics, and don't do it justice. This series has korean romcom vibes. I was looking forward to this series and from blurb I was hoping it had more the serious vibe like eigth sense and to my star 2 - like that level. But that's on me and I need to lower my expectations to enjoy it as it is. Maybe it was hyped too much.
I think Jack o' Frost is a good example of a serious amnesia storyline.
I am watching this lightly now and ignoring all the niggly bits.

I originally rated this a 5.5 - I gave this rating when I orginally watched it around the time it was released. I have nothing to watch today so I think I'm going to give it another go and see if I enjoy it more and since Signal 2 has been announced, it's good timing!
