I have seen several "popular" questions in AML page. They are asking about "Is there any romance?". So the answer is "depends on". If the screen writer want to follow the webtoon path, then there is no "real" romance in the drama. It just hinted the girl has feeling for Hee Woo but thats all. No official relationship like dating. BUT, if the screen writer wanna add some romantic relationship, it still can be. Simply, because Hee Woo is surrounded by so many female characters. And its just a natural plus potential environment to do a romance part, If the screen writer want to make Hee Woo fall in love with one of the three girls. I believe, if there is romance element in this drama, it wont be over shadowing the main plot and revenge.

Ah, i have another questions regarding the BL banned content in China. Is that mean all BL dramas that Tencent and other platforms produced will not be airing forever? For example like immortallity. I think its not a problem right? They already censored the intimate part in the novel and made it into bromance and friendship.

I remember something, AvenueX once mentioned about iQiyi and Tencent were cutting off a lot of future projects. So it will affect the chinese dramas stock in the future. Coz usually china produce a lot of dramas from various budgets (low budget to super high like S+ projects). But in the future, we will get maybe just half or maybe less than half of the usual numbers. Wow it made me sad because besides korean dramas, I also watch a lot of chinese dramas especially period costume genre from light romcom, palace schemes, xianxia, and wuxia.

LOL i dont even want to persuade you to change your opinion. Dont get me wrong. I just stated all the factors you said with that questions marks. Its all connected so its not random factors with no connection. I dont say this drama is perfect. As i said before, idk how they will wrap the final episode with nice way coz so many questions have not been answered yet. And it creates more plot holes. Thats why i said they need 2 more episodes to make everything makes sense. I dont see the nice wrapping in just one episode left. Its an art of scifi. Confusing more = Interesting more. From 7-9 its not all about 2021 investigation like in the first 5 episodes. Its pure scifi. Thats why its more interesting for me. The main point of this drama is actually "The Ghost" herself. Grid was not founded in 1997. But "The Ghost" travelled back to 1997 to install the Grid so human kind wont suffer from the radiation and another side effects of solar wind. This is my thought. In her original timeline (before time travel), Kwon Sukeun was alive, healthy, and had so much wealth because of his discovery of radiation medicine. And its still popular until her era in 2091. Thats why when she found the Grid, she decided to go back to 1997 to install the first/basic code of Grid then prevent the human kind to suffer for around 80+ years after 2005 events. But its the trade off. She needs to kill Kwon Sukeun in order to install the Grid then kill the janitor in order to make herself exist. Coz she basically needs to make Kim Manok become an orphan then growing up into criminal. About the descendants and ancestors thing, its clearly stated that Saebyeok is from Ghost maternal side and Kim Manok is from Ghost paternal side. With only 13% DNA matched with Kim Manok, it means the Ghost is his great great granddaughter. The descendants of Kim Manok (Male) married with the descendants of Saebyeok (Female). Then, the ghost will be exist. It explained why The Ghost didnt kill Saebyeok in ep 1 and always watch Kim Manok under her surveillance. So all the factors you mentioned above are all connected to each other. Without Ghost, There is no Grid.
