It's the opposite for me. TPR was so boring and slow paced. TPR politics were good enough but it was not as exciting as SOKP palace politics.

It seems you skipped many scenes a lot and you don't understand the stories about this drama. SOKP is considered very fast paced if we want to compare to other Rebirth dramas like Si Jin and The Princess Royal. SOKP and Blossom are in the same pace for stories. Both of them are very excellent.

Like I said before in both MDL and Reddit, Legend of The Female General had better fighting scenes 100%. Better fighting technique, better movements, faster, quick, but still elegant. Both ML Cheng Lei and FL Zhou Ye were so great in fighting scenes. They can show everyone that they are very well trained in martial arts.
