Not bad. Its still a light romance story. But you should check it then you can decide yourself. Coz everyone opinions are various.

For Hospital Playlist, this is more like doctors slice of life in hospital and their private lives. I still prefer kdramas who got medical focus like many surgeries and various cases with high intensity and details for example Romantic Doctor (S1-S2), Good Doctor, Ghost Doctor, Medical Top Team, Doctor Stranger, Heart Surgeons, Doctor Lawyer, and many more.

If you wanna something similar like Beloved Life. Then its Obstretics and Gynecology (2010). There is Song Joong Ki there as supporting role. Chinese also remake this drama. It was really good in details for emergency cases for obgyn department.

One of the most important essence of medical drama is the surgery process. Its so important and can be a very good plot device to create the intensity in every cases and story. Plus it can boost the profesionalism aspect in the medical dramas. People also can learn it as the educational scene to know more about the disease/problems, procedure of surgeries and its solutions. Thats what korean dramas did to maintain their best reputation in medical genre.

But dont worry, I respect your point of view coz I know some ppl got weak heart when they saw something "gore" or too "showing" like human organs.

Ah, Dr Tang also were airing in CCTV8 and iQiyi. So it also got heavy censorship in surgery process. They just showed a little glimpse of what happened down there. For Dr Tang, they actually prepared the surgery scenes in detail with human organs props and how they solved the problem in surgery, etc. But censorship cut it and they just show a little part from reflections or side view. What a waste. However, whether its on tv or only web, they will still cut it according to censorship.

Do you watch Dr Tang? Its the better choice of chinese medical dramas. Its also iQiyi series but they seemed give that drama the higher budget. I dont have an issue with its cinematography.

However, medical korean dramas are still the best because they showed us the process of surgery and human organs. Cdramas got more restriction in showing surgery process because of stupid censorship.

Noble My Love were okay as web drama. And korean web drama usually is the place for short length drama, new actors, idols, and simple love cute story. So I guess Noble My Love is quite okay even though we also know NML is low budget web drama. Its different level with TVING web drama like Yumi Cells, Work Later Drink Now, and etc.

But for My Secret Romance. Its too cheesy in my opinion. Its OCN romance. But all I can see MSR is actually for web drama level, not TV cable. But the kissing scene was so good there.

Hmmm okay. The camera works need to improve for this drama. It annoys me also with the white filters. And everything looked too white.

I hope this drama wont have low budget cheesy vibes like his other dramas as the main role such as Noble My Love, Pick the Celebrity on the Street, My Secret Romance, Level Up, Woori The Virgin, etc.

May i know what year this drama was produced? It looks kinda outdated with camera shot and cinematography. Like dramas in around 2010 - 2012

Coz I know after 2015 chinese dramas got rapidly improving and they tried to implement some factors that used in kdramas such as cinematography and various genre. Thats why today's cdramas are much superior than taiwanese. Cdramas also can be compared with Kdramas nowadays. But for historical period costume and fantasy, cdramas still got number one aspect in this field.

The last time she can be seen more natural was in Healer (2015). After Secretary Kim, she become thinner and prettier haha and her face is very youthful even thou her age is already around 34-35 in that time. Maybe she got injections like botox or facelift to keep her appearance young. But her facial expression become stiff unlike before.

People already commented about her PS again in her instagram around the time of Love in Contract scprit reading. When she posted one of her selfie, knetz noticed something different. But she took down that weird face after that to silent down the netizens.

When I was looking the poster for the first time. My love glance was into Kim Jae Young lol I dont even notice Gu Kyung Pyo even after a few seconds. Wow. Love KJY style here. He is a hottie.

Its a well known story if PMY went under the knife from the beginning. She basically got all her face changed if you compare it to her youth pictures. And maybe for now, she got some injection or even surgeries again to fix something and made her appearance to keep youthful

However, I will just enjoy her dramas without make a problem about her appearance.

Its iQiyi original program for drama series.

There is "Light On" for thriller, mystery, unusual things and scifi genre

There is "Sweet On" for romance, lovey dovey, and sweet things

There is "Laugh On" for full comedy and sitcom.

But not all romance belong to Sweet On. IQiyi will pick some of their romance original dramas to get Sweet On label then push it into the spotlight + got super marketing. Thats why i can say that all Sweet On dramas will get happy ending.

Its sweet on, my dear. Usually sweet on dramas got happy ending.
