But for "Speaking" is different issue. Many ppl said RJL problem was in his Shandong accent and bad line delivery. But i prefer he used his original voice because it sounds more natural.

Actually i hope all actors n actresses in cdramaland can use their own voice. Not dubbing. Especially on-set recording like korean dramas. You cant replace the moments and feeling that captured in the direct shooting process with dubbing. Its a natural chemistry and acting quality. No matter what, speaking the dialogues and line delivery are the big part of acting performance besides gestures, appearance, and expressions.

So, in order to achieve that situation, they need to practice more about their standard mandarin accent + line delivery. So voice actors wont take over their job in dialogues department.

Thats why i said its my taste. I dont have any problem with your different opinions. Cheers.

Ouch i know the entertainment industry is like that. But not everyone will do that especially celebrities who already got their own fame with the hardwork.

But for someone who had ambition to climb up the ladder as soon as possible and got famous instantly, she/he will do that kind of gross things. Its the same with korean entertainment industry. And i think in every country is also like that. There is always a shortcut for the fame but its like a time bomb. Especially in china and korea, once you got that gross reputation and scandals, you are done.

The lowest budget shows are the 50 eps - 125 eps family makjang drama lol usually KBS n MBC have it for daily slots. Its very obvious. Even the offices n houses are made in studio with synthetic material. It looks so fake.

Its very different with their higher budget kdrama production who got 12 - 20 eps. They used real buildings like offices, apartments, hotel, hospital, cafe, restaurant, garden, houses and etc. Thats why most of these productions can annouce the shooting location openly and proudly to the public. Plus they got better script n actors than makjang daily drama.

He got a rumour girlfriend before. It said he dated Emily Qi. And the rumour came up twice with same person.

Thats why its not make sense about sugar daddy rumour. Except he was forced to do something in order to get more connections and projects...but anyway, its not true.

Oho do you mean KBS drama school series? Yea but i think School series like School 2013 2015 2017 2021 got higher budget and more popular casts if we compared it to First Love.

I really dont like its low budget vibes. Same like MSR. The concept actually had potential like the older self was teaching younger self and they met in complicated situation like weird love triangle. But idk the execution couldnt connect with me.

That Man Oh Soo and First Love also feel like web drama. Its OCN romance. They got web drama vibes like MSR.

This drama definitely got dubbed by voice actors. And its very normal in mainland. Its not real voice of Dilraba n RJL. Because of some reasons. China has many different accents even though they speak mandarin as national language. Thats because, besides mandarin, in some areas, they also have local language like Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka, etc. Even Taiwan got different accent from Mainland. Usually the local accents affected the mandarin speaking accent. The national standard mandarin accent is spoken in Beijing. Shanghai got local dialect too but they are usually very good in standard mandarin accent. So if the actors cant speak with national standard mandarin accent, they will get dubbed by others. Especially for ancient costume drama. The tone and the way they speak is different with modern time. I know because I am chinese.

But there is some dramas that used the actors real voice. Like Story of Minglan, Serenade of Peaceful n Joy, The Longest Day in Chang'an, Joy of Life, etc. Sometimes the actors also dubbed themselves like Yang Zi n Deng Lun in Ashes of Love.

Yes. You should check him in "Under The Power". His face was more chubby + the hairstyle was not suitable there. I dont have problem when he wears official ming dynasty suit. But when he wears daily period costume there, woah his hairstyle is a mess. It just made his face more round and round. He got the same style also in "Love a Lifetime" its a wuxia drama.

Thats why i can say, his style in TBW is the best style he can get. He also took more diets and his face became thinner n sharper. He looked very great here. Thats why he looked good in One n Only + TBW

For romantic scenes, yes. He used to very stiff and hard for kiss and skinship scenes and it made cnetz became angry and they said he should not act in romance drama. Before he get married, he did kiss scenes very well with Jing Tian in "Glory of Tang Dynasty". After he is married, he used the stunt man for kiss and its very unprofessional + laughable. Sorry to say. He got many criticsm according to that issue because all other actors act their kiss scenes themselves. After that, he made more progress with Forever and Ever. He got one kiss + bed scenes with Bai Lu there and its a lip touching kiss. And the surprising one is in TBW. He got many kisses with Dilraba even though its not steamy kiss like the other actors did. But I already appreciate his effort for that.

Yes. Like I said above (you can read my comments with Anoif). RJL is not the type who got broad shoulders like Gong Jun, Leo Wu, Vin Zhang, Yang Yang and others.

But he looked pretty good in TBW if you compared his style in Under The Power. I guess he took a diet to make his round face in Under The Power to become thinner and sharper in One and Only + TBW
