In my opinion, he too knew that she loved him but he intentionally pushed her away from him cause no matter how…
In my opinion, he had not wanted her to know about his illness but in the end she got to know so he was finding it unacceptable so she was trying to comfort him but he was finding it hard. Later she accompanies him as a family as he accepted her taking care of him until his last moment, just like a family. Maybe it's different interpretation for different people. It's okay, I don't mind.

Oh.. Yes. I know you weren't arguing but I meant to say that if we continue we would end up arguing. But I'm really curious now, how she showed him that she can't live without him? I mean what did she do to get that idea. I too am not arguing, I'm just really curious to know if I missed something.

He had said in the series that he wanted someone to be by her side to comfort her while he is gone. But yeah, you have your own opinion so I won't argue.
Fandy Fan acting was phenomenal.I loved Po Han, Yi Qi and the little kid.i didn't really care whatever happen…
In my opinion, he too knew that she loved him but he intentionally pushed her away from him cause no matter how much pain it causes him, he just wanted her to be happy, only after seeing her being happy with someone else with someone who will take care of her all their life, only then would he feel worry free and die peacefully so because she knew his concerns, she went along with his arrangements. At the point when his life was ending, his biggest concern wasn't love but her happiness. If she had told him that she loves him, it would have made him feel sadder, made him hate his short life, made him worried how she would survive after he is gone, he wouldn't have been able to spend his remaining days peacefully.
I'm not a sentimental person so even though I knew that this series had a sad ending I still ended up watching it but the last ep really made me tear up. It's really painful but sweet as well, there are no loose ends and it's as if everyone's wish is fulfilled. It's a really nice story with great acting.
There are prepared for a second season .. but it is not confirmed yet... So in this season we will get a glimpse…
I think we will definitely get season 2 unless they want everything to remain incomplete cause there are lot more meaningful things in the second half of the story which isn't possible to be shown in the remaining two eps. I really want to see them as a couple too!
I feel a bit frustrated. With the pace they are going, there needs to be atleast 10+ more eps to cover the whole story. I guess there's gonna be season 2. I think in this season they are just gonna be brothers and a happy family while starting second season with new feelings.
I think that might happen tomorrow, cos the way JT’s father popped up tryin to talk to JT shows it’s going…
Oh... I didn't watch today's ep yet. So tomorrow's his confrontation with his father. Yeah, it's after the confrontation that they become aware of each other's feelings.
It's going the way it's in the novel but with just three eps left when are they going to show romance between them? There's also jiang tian's dark past, when are they going to show these things with so little eps left? Or there's gonna be season two?
I like him. I think his character is protrayed well by Lee Jun Ho. He is just a kid after all in his late 20's…
Bro the problem I have with ML are very basic and it's not about the actor cause he has acted perfectly. What I have problem with is character Gu Won. I didn't even mention his awkward smile cause Ik he has trauma and can't smile but not being able to simply curve his hand like a normal person, does he have problem with his brain? Even small kids understand how to follow instructions but him as an adult can't curve his hand, doesn't he know what heart shape is? Yeah it's not a big deal but it makes him look stupid. Other thing is if he saw sincerity in sang sik or not, no matter what he is sang sik's boss so why does he keep tolerating when sang sik kept making selfish requests, kept thinking that he is an important personality and that gu won won't be able to survive without him. He kept disrespecting gu won but as gu won himself is not much concerned about his attitude audience too let it slide. He is a rich heir but doesn't act spoilt, instead he acts rude and annoyed all the time (not saying arbitrarily that he doesn't acts spoilt because if you want to watch how rich spoilt (but kind hearted) kids really act then there are many examples is other very famour k dramas) . Being in 20s or 30s and still not understanding to compromise to accomplish greater things is immaturity. Also about love, I haven't said anything about love, it's a romcom series so there's nothing to say about love. The thing is you are free to have your own opinion but I too have my own opinion so yeah.
Actually I do understand her ex and he is not as bad as I thought of him first but still I don't want them to be together. He is not a person who wants a sick wife (physically or mentally sick).
The way the ML doesn't have any charater development and have value only on surface cause everyone around him dislikes him for always being 'rude' and what not. Also the way he is shown idiotic who can't even follow simple instruction of curving his hands while taking the photos, is he not human? Can't he register such a small thing? And then he is shown unreasonable, rude and annoyed all the time but even when he helps to hold justice, others still dislike him. He doesn't seem smart or talented and not even mature enough to endure through the questioning of interview or coming up with a smart reply to turn tables on his sister and instead did what his sister was hoping for him to do. Even the 'poor' employee he saved at the start later kept comanding him, putting selfish requests, disrespects him but gets everything he wants from ML. Have anyone ever seen such a tolerant boss?
I'm watching 5th ep and even tho Ik that kluer is the one who brought oab's ex gf into picture I still find him cute. The way he is trying to drive a wedge between oab and plawan and trying to find a chance to increase intimacy between him and plawan is really cute in a funny way😆. Idk why but I'm enjoying.
This is really confusing. If ton kla's brother is alive then why the funeral? Actually there are many confusing things and I feel like great and thyme are really reckless. No matter how much they try to hide, they are gonna be caught one day so why didn't they plan and rescue nan smoothly? They revealed their identity too easily, especially thyme. If he was already gonna show his face to goons then why bother hiding it when questioning korn? And is great not curious as to what happened with thyme's parents and what business his own family runs? Many things are really confusing for me.
Low rating due to lack of romance and some of ancient dialogues and ettiquate are hard to understand. For me,…
Yeah, though Idk about Ming Dynasty series the only thing I know is empress sun is showed as a very virtuous lady so I guess they highlighted empress hu being evil to show how good empress sun is. Actually in this series (royal feast) even though empress hu had schemed against zijin and made things difficult for her I find her a bit pitiful. Actually all the women in the palace are pitiful, they had to fight for the emperor's favour while alive, their whole life revolved around a single man but in the end they had to die because of him. This series shows life of women in palace.

Now after watching 31 eps I kinda get it why this series have low rating. It's really good series with realistic charaters but things kinda goes downhill from 20th ep which won't appeal to majority of viwers. The relationship between ML and FL becomes more strained and revolves more around politics and misunderstandings. I still like this series a lot as the content in it is relevant but I won't feel like rewatching it.

Yeah.. I think it's the matter of personal taste. I like palace dramas especially a drama so well written but some people find it hard to accept ancient mindset I guess.
Idk why this drama is so underrated? Yes, the pace is a bit slow and it's not very focused on romance but more on psychology and food but it's really worth watching. I really like the way FL is, she is self sufficient and smart and doesn't need ML to come to her rescue everytime she is in trouble (but I can't deny that he had helped her many times😆). She is optimistic and very kind and tho many people might not like such personality but I instead feel that her personality makes her more likable. In a palace full of power play and scheming to fulfill their own selfish goals she is like a breath of fresh air. She is stubborn, tenacious and hardworking. She is kind but won't let anyone take advantage of her kindness and is smart enough to understand a big picture through small details. She has her own pride and dignity and is composed. She is not foolish or childish unlike many other c-drama fls. Though there's not much romance but the relationship between ml and fl is really sweet. (More like a sweet torture for ml😆)
Maybe it's different interpretation for different people. It's okay, I don't mind.
