Why would wei yan want to kill xie zheng? It's understandable that he wanted to kill changyu and ningning but I didn't understand why he wanted to kill xie zheng?
This!! This was a point I hated. They changed his character.
Yeah I actually never focused on this point that as a person who has read the story from his perspective I can understand why he did the things he did but so many viewers out there won't understand that and would think of him only as a disgusting and cruel villian. Actually rather than showing those intimate scenes they could have filled in the audience more about his background and mentality. It would have added depth to his character and would have left us viewers feeling bittersweet about his death in the end and would have also added depth to the overall plot which would be remembered by the audience than the cliche psycho, morally corrupt villian

I skipped the part where the princess confronts him and he kills her because it felt disgusting. It was disgusting to see how they showed him so unreasonably twisted when he is a reasonably twisted character.
I was puzzled why princess changxin is shown as a good person in the series while in the novel she is just a typical stepmother from historical era towards qi min. I figured out that the director/ script writer must have done it because they wanted to highlight qi min's villainous nature and character. I find it a bit unacceptable cause no person was good or kind towards qi min that's why he turned into a villian now it feels absurd.
me tooo......i was little scared at beginning that he might be a villain because of the recent trend of villain…
I was scared for the same reason too especially because I heard that in the novel he has redemption arc or something like that so I was afraid that they would show him as a villian in the series but when he said that changyu and him are sworn brother and sister I felt really sad but also very proud of him. He didn't let his feelings ruin her reputation😭
I have fallen in love with li huai'an😭. Not just his character but actor as well! He is so handsome I hope he gets a role of male lead in a good series.
The scene where prince changxin imagines changyu's father standing infront of him while giving changyu hand to give him a final blow and then is reminded of how desperately her father came to him in the past to ask for help and in the end with the sword thrusted deeper in his chest I felt like he bowed in defeat infront of changyu and her father. It was such a moving scene!
I think she was not in this world. (im not sure, I didnt read the novel) Novel readers say she transmigrated at…
No what I mean is in ep 29 he tells her so many things but while gongsun yin asks her how much she knows about qi min and his past or the truth from past incident she tells him vague things that's why I feel frustrated.
This is so frustrating. Why does you qianqian knows so little about the truth behind the things happened 17 yrs ago when qi min almost told her everything without keeping things from her😭
I saw many in the comment section saying that everything happened faster in these 2 new eps and now I get why they were saying this. Cause it felt like yu qianqian, changyu, wi min, general he appeared instantly one after another as if playing a play on stage😂. No one wasted time in useless extra dialogues and everything happened even before we could react. Though I don't find it unnatural, it's indeed rushed😆
So I'm up to ep 29. Can someone explain why Qi Min intends to kill his own son Bao Er? I understand now that Sui…
Spoiler ahead
Because qi min is actually the son of crown prince. The crown prince died in the battle 17 yrs ago along with xie zheng's father so to save qi min's life the crown princess, his mother burned the palace and replaced her son with her sister's son (her sister was married to prince changxin). No one other than his mother's and father's trusted people know about his real identity but because in the process of replacing him with crown princess sister's son qi min was injured and became sickly. The people trusted by the crown prince and crown princess only cared about his bloodline as heir's son, if they have better option they don't actually want qi min who is sickly to succeed throne so they drugged him and yu qianqian to consummate and have a heir to increase their options. Qi min thinks after having a son he will be discarded and killed cause he would be of no use. Also another reason for hating his son is he hates the fact that they drugged him and forced him like an animal to breed which was humiliating to him.
I feel so complicated about qi min and su yuanqing. Even though su yuanqing is a disgusting and perverted psycho he treated su yuanhuai (qi min) wholeheartedly without knowing that his beloved brother is actually his biggest enemy.
Hello, I watched 1-25 and ff to my favorite scenes . Do not worry. I already watched all the episodes without…
I think jin yuanbo does like her as he refused to call her 'sister' and the way his expressions turns down whenever she mentions xie zheng or is with xie zheng. But I think they want to keep his feelings for changyu subtle cause maybe because jin yuanbo knows that they will never be together so he just wants to see her be happy with the man she loves.
